Country living in the city!
Come relax in 1700+ sqft rustic country style home (gated) on 2 acres. Perfect for your family/friends gathering. Enjoy sitting in your extended front porch with a peek of deer and other wildlife guests. This beautiful home has you thinking you are in the country but you are actually in the city!
Other things to note:
Our home is unique and NOT brand new but has had multiple upgrades. It has it's squeaks and quirks that remind you of it's age but yet kept it's charm. If you are someone that will be bothered by it's squeaks and aesthetic imperfections, then this home may not be suitable for you.
We are minutes away from Fiesta Texas, Seaworld, UTSA, downtown Helotes, parks, parks with trails, shopping, dining and the medical center. We are down the street from the Northside Swim Center Stadium (Dub Farris Athletic Complex). The Riverwalk, Rodeo and military bases are a 20-25min drive making it easy to plan your visit.
Due to the size of the property you may encounter wildlife (deer, fox, squirrels, possums, snakes, etc.). Please be aware of your surroundings, be cautious when driving especially at night, and supervise your children at all times. We do utilize pest control on a regular basis but this does NOT guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to ants, bees, beetles, spiders etc.
Guest access:
**All front yard and side fenced area on side of house is accessible to you. Anything past the fenced area is not**
Hello guests! Super excited that you are considering booking from us! Please review all house rules below prior to your decision, so there is not a misunderstanding.
1. Do not share key code or key access with anyone.
2. No Parties or Events allowed. This home is for you and your registered guests (if more than the guest limit on property it can be considered a party and will be asked to leave without a refund, we strictly enforce this policy)
**if you are looking to have a small event please contact for additional info, rules and pricing**
3. No smoking inside the property. Outside is ok as long as you have all doors/windows closed (you will be responsible for smoke odor removal...fee will be applied).
NO illegal drugs, substances (authorities will be notified), or excessive alcohol drinking you will incur a $500 fine.
4. Limit food and drinks in bedrooms & living room to avoid additional cleaning fees.
**no red drinks**
Do not use bathroom/kitchen towels to clean, clean your pet, or as makeup wipes
5. Check out time is 11am. If a late check out is needed, it must be approved.
6. Notice to Vacate. Your reservation ends on your checkout date at 11am.
7. We ask for you to please be energy efficient during your stay. This home has 2 central units; Prior to any outings please adjust thermostat to 78 during summer and 70 or lower during winter. If upstairs is not being used please adjust accordingly or turn off.
8. Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property for any reason.
9. Owner has the right to access property. This is only to allow for landscapers maintenance, emergency, etc. We will never access property without guestsâ permission.
10. Primary guest is responsible for their house guests and pets. Everyone must obey house rules.
11. FUR BABY INFO
- Please clean after your fur baby and donât let them go potty inside the home or chew/scratch furniture this includes picking up all their poop outside on property to avoid additional fees
-Fur babies are not allowed on any furniture including beds.
-Pet must be in Kennel when not supervised (including if left behind during an outing)
There is a fenced area that is available to use for your fur baby if you wish otherwise please have on Ieash. You will be responsible for accidents..
-Please do not use towels to clean after your pet. You are welcome to use cleaning rags under the sinks.
12. Please take all your trash out to the large black trash can located on side of carport when you depart.
13. Please report damages or any concerns immediately to us. House must be left same as how it was received. Guest agrees to pay for replacement of any missing, damaged or broken items. We have tried our best to make the home to your approval help us keep it this way to continue to share it.
** This acreage property is shared with another home (mine) but still a large area where there is plenty of distance in between homes as you will see.

I've had 3 other properties listed as full rentals but sold one and still have 1 home that is occupied. This will be our first fully furnished rental home.
We are family oriented and are fluent in both English and Spanish. Both my hubby and I will be your hosts. We are happy to help you in anyway we can with your stay.
