Welcome to Sunrise Vista in Panama City Beach, FL! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (with hallway bunks) offers stunning Gulf views from the spacious master bedroom and large balcony. Relax to the sound of the waves and enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee.

The beach is just steps away via an indoor walkway, no road crossing needed. Resort amenities include pools, a hot tub, kiddie pool, tiki bar, gym, and on-site restaurant/coffee bar/ice cream shop.

Small dogs (up to 25 lbs, 2 max) are welcome with an up-to-date vaccination record and a pet fee. Please message the host with breed and weight before booking.

A $50 resort fee (covers parking and wristbands) and a $20 pet fee (if applicable) are due at arrival. Enjoy free WiFi, cable, and smart TVs. No smoking allowed.

Excellent

My finance and I enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama. Ruth was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort staff was very friendly and kind. My dog enjoyed meeting new dogs and going to the dog beach. I will most definitely be booking again.

Beautiful views from the balcony!

Very happy with our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and the host is very sweet and responds very quickly. The condo has beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to take everything to the beach. 🏝️ Everything was wonderful we will be back.

Great condo and location!

The condo was just as beautiful in person as in the photos! The location and ease of walking from the condo to the beach was perfect for me and the two teenage girls on our trip. Ruth was great answering my questions and communication about our stay was really helpful. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama!

We had a great time here, the unit was clean and inviting. The view from our porch was wounderful and relaxing, pools were clean with plenty of seating around. Really enjoyed the HOT tub pool side.

Great place and great location

We spent a week at the apartment and we enjoy our stay!. The location and the amenities are great, the apartment it self has a great view and everything you will need including beach umbrellas and chairs. Ruth was very quick and friendly, she quickly answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful time and views of the ocean!!

My wife, our furry friend, and I had a fantastic time at Ruth’s place. The condo was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the ocean. The property even had a dog park, which was a huge plus for us. The host was incredibly responsive, understanding, and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again in the future.

Ideal place to stay at the beach !

We enjoyed our vacation tremendously. The condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and the complex is equipped with heated pools and hot tubs to enjoy with cooler weather. The owner Ruth is friendly, very responsive and easy to rent from. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Birthday weekend with our pets!

We really enjoyed this condo! Even better that we could have our pups with us! Sunrises were amazing! Loved going after the crowds were gone. Owner was very nice and easy to reach. Only had one small plumbing problem and she handled it swiftly! A+ for her professionalism!

Late Spring Stay

Nice place! We chose this unit mostly on it's location relative to the start line of a race. You can tell that Ruth has spent some time to update the property, and it had everything we needed. Beds and Furnishings were comfortable.

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful trip in this beautiful condo. The master bedroom was very relaxing with a wonderful mattress. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you need. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas, no need to bring your own! I have stayed in both of Ruth’s condos and she’s a pleasure to work with.

This condo was so fun and family friendly!!

We had a great time staying here! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the patio was amazing! The condo was kid friendly too which made our stay even more fun and relaxing. There’s easy access to the pools and beach which made the trip a lot easier with our littles. Ruth is a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Amazing condo near the beach

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is clean and in excellent condition. The beach and two pools are just a few minutes away. The beach is clean and excellent for young and elderly folks. There are a couple of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Be patient with the elevators as the condo complex is huge. Highly recommended.

really nice condo! Ruth is a TOP NOTCH host and I strongly recommend booking this unit. It is located in the right area, with minimum drives to all the places you want to go. Awesome view and very well maintained condo. we will be using her again when we come back. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT OUR TRIP!!!!

Ruth is a great host! She’s very responsive and was quick to act on any small problems that arose. The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything that we needed to enjoy our 2 month stay. This was a perfect vacation!

We loved the condo! It is conveniently located by the elevator with a fantastic ocean view. The condo is excellently furnished and has beach amenities (wagon, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs) which made it so much easier to pack for the trip. Very spacious, more than enough room for our family of five. Ruth was an amazing host! We definitely will be back next year!!

Property is well kept, clean and the owner made sure we were comfortable taken care of if we need anything. I initially was going to book another stay in tower 1 bcse its directly on the beach. However, because of the hospitality of the owner, I'll book again with her. I still had a good view of the beach. Thank you again for checking on us. we'll definitely be back and I'll refer

Weekend getaway

My birthday weekend was great! From booking the condo to checking out of the condo was a very easy process! Me and my family enjoyed every moment and second of our stay. We felt safe a secure and the space we had was more than enough, we were very comfortable. The ocean view and the access to the beach was easy as well. Even the elevators we’re running at an amazing pace, I just knew due to it being Labor Day Weekend that the wait time would be long but surprisingly the longest that we waited for an elevator was 5 minutes. We will definitely be booking again for our next family trip!

Great Getaway

Love this PCB condo! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed including a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys! Plenty of space for all of us! Four adults - 2 children! This was a great location - lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Having the option for 2 different pools was a bonus! Walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes. Another big bonus was we were able to bring our dogs which takes a lot of stress off of a getaway. Host was amazing. Responded back to me quickly and answered all my questions. We hope to go back soon.
