Seachase E302 är en rymlig 1400 kvadratmeter, 3: e våningen enhet med ett av de största två sovrum, två badrum planlösningar på stranden. Varje rum har utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Båda sovrummen, vardagsrummet och matsalen har alla vägg-till-vägg och golv-till-tak-fönster för att uppleva utsikten. Det är 60 'av glas! Great place to stay

VERY CLEAN....The condo was bigger than what I had expected and really comfy. You cant hear your neighbors so that's nice. The property manager was very nice. I would love to stay again!

We’ve been staying at Seachase for several years and love the location, the beautiful condo itself and of course that it is pet friendly. The property management is great to work with and always responsive.

PERFECT Vacation Rental!!!

Totally worth it!!

Beautiful place. Everything we could’ve asked for, plus our pup tagging along. No long elevator waits or wild crowds. Fantastic views and hospitality. Absolutely recommend.

We decided to visit PCB and we found the perfect place at Seachase! Gorgeous views and beautifully decorated condo! The owners thought of everything. The entire property was clean and offered the perfect location. Cant wait to return!

BEST ACCOMADATIONS IN PANAMA CITY BEACH

We love it here.It's always clean. The view is the best we've found in the area. Pet friendly but you would never know pets stay in this condo. We've been staying here 5 or 6yrs. Tried other places & always end up back here because it is so GREAT. Thanks, hope to b back next yr.

New Years!!

LOVED our stay at SeaChase! The view from the condo is AMAZING! Lots of room for a big family and it’s pet friendly! We will definitely rent again. Check in and communication was easy as it comes. Love the area of the condo, it’s away from the busy area but short distance to pier park and my most favorite place THOMAS DONUTS!!

As usual our friends at Haven Properties have taken great care of us this past season and we are looking so much forward to next year. Please keep us informed on window replacement project. OMG

We LOVED this unit, very clean and welcoming. The contact person Kendall was great to work with and quick to get back to me. If you're looking for on the beach this is your place to stay with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the Gulf and beach! Upgraded appliances and Funiture along with a cozy electric fireplace. We come to PCB yearly for Softball tournament and this will now be my go-to place when i come down there. It definitely was a 5 Star stay.

Breathtaking views of the ocean & sunset

Just a breathtaking view from any room in the condo!! Perfect height! Very clean & well kept and well equipped place to stay! Love that the Master bedroom is on opposite end from the other bedroom too. The caretaker are very responsive and very accommodating. They allowed us to get into the condo early which was a blessing! The beds are very comfortable and great comfortable furniture in the living room area too! Great beach area and we got a set of free chairs with an umbrella. It close to the Pier area too and all the restaurants.

Cleanest Condo w/ the best Views

This condo is an awesome condo, with floor to ceiling windows. It is pet friendly & our dog loves to lay out on the balcony. The housekeeping lady is the best I have ever seen. So, so clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner not cooling properly & the repair guy came out & fixed it next day. Very nice guy & got the air working better. This condo has an absolutely, amazing view. Lisa is such a pleasure to deal with, she checked on us all during our stay & answered any questions I had in a timely manne. We will be staying here again. Thank you Kendall & Lisa!!!

Beautiful views!

We love staying in Seachase when we come to PCB. The views are breathtaking. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the reclining couches were so nice. We did have a complaint, but it is no fault of the condo owners so we did not mention it to them. There's construction happening at the condo right now. We were awoken between 7-8am daily with loud noises from the construction and they went on until around 5-6pm every evening. It did take away from the vacation experience of sleeping in or sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the water. The handbook did note quiet hours from 10-10, but I don't think that applied to the construction crew. Again, nothing the owners can control, but it would have been nice to know that's what we could expect for our stay. Overall, the condo was great, we loved it and would definitely book again in the future once construction has been completed.

Awesome Views & Pet Friendly

We have stayed here several times, but this year it was so much better. Since the upgrades have been made it is wonderful. It was a very good condo before but now, Wow. New mattresses, new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances, & curtains in the living room, bigger tv in the one bedroom. New light fixture. Carpet removed from living room & laminate put down, which is easier to clean. Also more trash bags & dishwasher tablets left this go around. These upgrades are much appreciated by us. Thank you for this & thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope everyone will take care of it so it can stay this nice for a long time. You can't go wrong with the view in the condo. It's amazing. We will stay here again. Oh & love the new outdoor furniture on the balcony also. Much better than what use to be there. Can't wait til next yr to stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed at many properties during our 15 year vacations at Panama City. This property is truly the best thus far. Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. It has everything, just bring your clothes. Pots, pans etc and everything looks new. One big bonus was the mattresses!!! Felt like pure Heaven after being out on the beach and shopping. I am in a wheelchair, so I would like to touch on that part. My wheelchair did make it through the bedroom doors, but the bathroom doors I had problems with due to placement of toilet and door. I can transfer myself, so I managed it. The shower was beautiful but not accessible for handicapped. That is a problem with all condos unfortunately . We will definitely stay again in a few months. Thank you Kendall, you go above and beyond making sure we were perfectly comfortable!

Pros and Cons

Checkin was quick and easy thanks to Kendall. She was always quick to pick up and answered our questions immediately. The condo did represent the pictures. The view was wonderful, the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. The appliances worked well and were all clean. Cons. The condo is of the older generation, some updates are evident. The woodworks doors all need a good scrubbing and painting. The master bed mattress is old and lumpy. The mattress pad has a rubber backing which also made it feel like a hospital bed. The sheets could be replaced also. The large pillows smelled musty, we took so smaller ones from another bed. I am fussy and like luxury bedding, so someone else would not have a problem? It would have been nice to have a salt and pepper shaker and a few coffee filters, maybe a few games and books. Pool is not heated. It was not a bad stay for us, but could have been better.
