The space:

This Tiny Home is located inside the KOA Sutherlin | Umpqua Valley RV Park. The park was Built on the site of the fabled Cloverleaf Drive-in and we have loving restored it to provide the next generation with the Drive-in movie experience.

Bring your popcorn and a blanket! Movies are shown Friday-Saturday during the winter months and Thursday-Sunday during dryer months (weather permitting).

More Details:

Come for the movies but stay and enjoy the pristine grounds, open run dog areas for your furry family members, and a full size playground for the kids. Play horse shoes? How about Frisbee golf? We have them both at the park along with a club house and game room complete with a pool table, arcade games, foosball, dart board, and Texas Hold-Em table.

When you are ready for a barbecue with your friends step out onto our covered deck complete with Fire Pit and over sized Jenga table. Forget something? We got you covered with our convenience store, laundry, and on-site propane.

About the Area:

Looking for adventure travel back in time with a quick drive to historic Oakland Oregon featuring 'The Secret Wine Tasting Society', the Historic Oakland Tavern, and numerous antique stores. Oakland has been home to numerous movie productions over the years. Be sure to stop by and see Rochester Covered Bridge one of the last operating covered bridges in Oregon.

In the mood for seafood? The Oregon coast is a little over an hour's drive, along the way enjoy the famous Umpqua River for swimming, boating, and world class fishing. Of course, if you are a wine lover the park is located within a short drive to numerous award winning wineries including Reustle Vineyards (home of the wine cave), Misty Oaks Vineyard, and Henry Estate Winery.

Despite the hiccup in the booking, we were well accommodated. Enjoyed our stay. The drive in movie theater set up was great. Very comfortable little house with 80’s theme.

We loved the property and the Drive-in movies with popcorn 🍿 what a treat! The tiny house is very cute and very clean. Our only complaints were the back bedroom is VERY small with a double bed, the room is beyond sweltering. The AC is in the livingroom so it stays cool and the upstairs is hot as well, we did bring the fan from upstairs to the down stairs. It was still very hot. The place is well equipped, to the point you have no where to put your food, one open cabinet for food would have been nice.There is also no place to put suitcases, we had 2 and had to leave them in the livingroom. But it is a tiny home and everything is on a small scale. The towels were amazing! All in all its a great place to stay. We never saw an employee in the 3 days we were there.

Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

For the two days we’d be staying, we liked the coziness of the house and that it had everything we needed. The house was bright and with plenty of towels and bedding. I imagine that the loft would be more enjoyable for children as it has a very low ceiling, but our older teens didn’t mind crawling in or being on their knees. I’d improve the mattresses, though, since they sink in the middle. In summary, this is a nice place to stay in Sutherlin, OR.
