Originally built in 1937 and remodeled in 2020, the homes retain their historic charm while offering all the modern comforts. Located in one of Boise’s most desirable neighborhoods, you’re just blocks from the Capitol, Hyde Park, and downtown attractions. Relax outdoors with lush landscaping, fresh air, and alfresco dining at the patio tables.

The epic man cave includes olympic weights, Pac-Man/Gallaga arcade, foosball, air hockey, giant chess darts & a sweet home theater with a 65" Roku Smart TV and thumping surround sound!
