That 70’s Boot House

The house’s theme is the 70s, you will find unique furniture & art. We also have a collection of cowboy boots which you may use during your stay. TWO BONUSES! billiard room & outdoor covered bar/gazebo . Close to downtown but in a very tranquil neighborhood. The house & lot are spacious. The backyard features plenty of tables and chairs, gas grill and fire pit.
The space
This home is tucked away in a beautiful hilly neighborhood. This house is perfect for a large group or smaller more intimate gathering. A playful 70s theme caries through the house. Shelves line the walls with cowboy boots that you are welcome to wear during your stay. We have two large TVs one located in the billiard room and the other in the living room. The kitchen is stocked well with plenty of spices, pots, pans utensils, coffee, tea etc.

Fun house to stay in! Julie was a wonderful host. Good communicator. House was in a quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with everything. Had plenty of room for our group of 12. Would stay again!

Weekend in Nashville

The 70’s house was spacious in a very nice neighborhood! We had a wonderful weekend in Nashville! I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great stay!

The house is great! it has plenty of beds for a bachelorette party, lots of room to spread out but also be together, safe neighborhood, close to downtown, communication with the host was good. Overall, a really great place to stay :)

Perfect for groups

We had 9 girls for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Close enough to Nashville without being IN Nashville. Would definitely stay again!

Patriots vs Titans game

Plenty of room for everyone, the 12 beds in 5 rooms but will spaces. From the pool table right down to the Harley and the goose I wouldn't have changed a thing. Great location, 10 mins to Broadway and the airport on a spacious property. We well definitely rent this property again if we come back to Nashville.

70s house

Awesome place, close to the airport and to downtown. Very cool decorations and enough beds for 10 of us. The bar out back was a really awesome hangout spot. The duck and dog were awesome additions as well in the back yard.

September Team Outing

Overall, the property is pretty close to what is listed. We were unable to utilize the outside due to the weather, but it is very quiet and country feeling. The decor is very eclectic. The host was very responsive, and the checkout was super easy.

Great Nashville Vibe!

All 6 of us enjoyed our stay at the Boot House. Inside, everything is exactly as pictured. Towels, kitchen necessities, sheets, beds, were all clean and available. The pool table room is fantastic! The entire interior is clean, fun, and well maintained. The exterior (at least for our visit) was a surprise. The outdoor gazebo is a great feature. However, it is surrounded by A LOT. Iron furniture, an animal pen with a live goose, an unusable swimming pool with plants growing in it, half a piano, etc. The front yard and driveway need some love. It didn't bother us in the least, but it's fair for guests to know that. Also - there seems to be a pretty significant wasp infestation around the house exterior, so sitting outside was interesting (no one was stung). Julie was FANTASTIC with communication. The location is perfect. 10 minutes to airport, 6 minutes to Kroger, 15 minutes to Downtown. Ubers showed up in minutes. Nashville - what a town!
