Sleeps 16 outdoor shower, walk to golf, walk to community pool, NO AMENITY FEES, hiking, biking for miles, 6 minute drive to beach, tennis courts nearby, as well as kayak rentals at James Farm, Cedar Neck Road. Backs to open space and beautiful fishing pond! Owner provides 2 State beach parking passes. Closest State Park has lifeguards, grills, tables and chairs, restaurant, snack bar, showers etc. Owner lives in Bethany Beach and is available 24/7. Wonderful vacation in Bethany

Location of house is great -about 3 miles from Bethany Beach, on a nice quiet street with a peaceful view of a pond and fountain from the back deck, and a really nice pool at the end of the cul de sac, only a few houses away. House was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family beach trip

The place was spacious enough for us all. Rosemary was always responsive to any of our questions. One of the best VRBO we’ve rented. Top notch!

Family beach trip

The home was spacious. Deck had plenty of seating and space. The kids loved the pond. The pool was convenient and very nice. The park passes saved us parking fees and were used daily. Beds were comfortable. We were not far away from the things we wanted to see and do.

Clean , great for large family.

Perfect for our large family gathering. Loft larger than expected. Very clean. Great pond for fishing and close enough to beach and boardwalk - short drive. Pool close, and large deck -nice bonus. Owner- super nice and responsive. I highly recommend.

Ocean View 4 Plantation Court

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the community pool. Owner has 2 passes to Delaware State Parks which out family used everyday. There was an issue with the upstairs AC unit which the owner attended to the next day. Family enjoy the deck and the front porch.

Family Vacation in Ocean View

Wonderful home and owner! Very clean and beautifully situated. Loved the pond view from the deck and neighborhood swimming pool. We were even able to fish in the pond. The owner couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. The only criticism would be accommodations for bigger groups. The house does sleep 16, but needs things like space to hang clothes in all of the rooms and indoor dining seating for more than 10. All in all, a wonderful experience! We highly recommend!

Lovely Place

We had a pretty big group (7 adults, 4 children) and loved having all of the space this house provided. The younger kids loved the loft area on the second floor! We were a little confused about the layout before arriving, so to clarify, the second floor has 2 bedrooms, the loft space which has a fold out couch (similar to a futon), and a bathroom with a nice shower (no tub). What we loved most about the place was the very close pool (3 minute walk), fishing in the pond out back, and the not-too-far drive to a nice beach location using the provided park passes. The house was very clean and it great shape! The internet throughout the house was excellent as well! Rosemary was super easy to talk to and answered any questions that came up during our stay. We all enjoyed the location!
