Located West of the I-5 and just minutes from LEGOLAND, Del Mar Race Track, SeaWorld, Gas Lamp district, world class surfing, or walk to nearby restaurants in Carlsbad Village. We will make your stay both memorable and comfortable.

Our Carlsbad Beach Home is pet-friendly. This is your place for perfect views of the beach from the balcony or rooftop. You can even rent a retro arcade system to play more than 3,000 titles right in the living room. Ask us about the pricing!

The master bedroom is a luxurious beach-themed master suite with a comfortable California King bed, en-suite master bath with double vanity, large tub & tiled shower, a 50-inch wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony.

The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are beautifully furnished, both with queen beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom on the lower level of the home.

The home has a large comfortable living area, perfect for conversation and games around the dining room table or catching a movie on the 65' Smart TV where Netflix is on us!

The top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for hosting. It features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and all the luxury finishes and cooking items you will need to make perfect memories.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use throughout your stay. Soap and dryer sheets are provided.

Upon your arrival, you will find a welcome binder that orients you to the house and the surrounding area. The home also has high-speed Wi-Fi.

Please note, our home has a private attached 2 car garage as well as two driveway spaces. No-charge street parking is available nearby on a first come first serve basis.

The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.

House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 5 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only. Please note the only available parking for this home is street parking.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper in the toilets

Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
