“CAMP WILDERNESS” is 3600 sq ft modern 4 BR 4 Ba cabin w/ BLACKSTONE GRILL on Covered porch. It sleeps 12 guests and is LOADED with all kinds of amenities. It has 3 KING BRs & a 6 bed bunk room w/ 4 twin and 2 Queen beds. There is also a hot tub, a private indoor pool, game room, and a theater room. Community Pool in summer time.

Saddleback Ridge is located in Sevierville, TN; just outside of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. It's minutes away from shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, public parks, and many other exciting attractions. During summer months there is also access to a Neighborhood swimming pool. Be sure to ask about Pool Passes.

Guests have access to whole cabin in Saddleback Ridge, which is located just minutes from Downtown Sevierville.

The resort fee is the pool fee. The pool is serviced on Tuesdays.. The pool is heated as well. There is also a trash fee.

Also there is access to the neighborhood outdoor pool during summer months. Please ask for more details.

* Keurig coffee maker w/ K cups, and regular brew coffee pot w/ coffee available. I also try to keep sugar, sugar substitute, creamer, & filters stocked for guest.

* Electric stove, microwave, & small appliances including a toaster, blender, and a crockpot.

* The cabinets and drawers are well stocked with an array of cookware, bakeware, pots and pans, and utensils.

* This is a privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, please understand refunds, cancellations, or alternate accommodations will only be offered if property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for understanding!

Would recommend having vehicle to get around. There are walking trails in neighborhood for you to enjoy. Located in Downtown Sevierville.

~ All guests shall not engage in illegal activity.

~ NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if smoking inside property is found. So PLEASE don't do it.

~ Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

~ Small dogs are considered but please get approval before booking.

~ Due to close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects, including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although the property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into property. By booking, you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back if necessary.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

~ Our property is located in a residential area so we rely on our guests to be good neighbors.

~ There are 4 parking spaces for cabin.

~ Please remember there is a risk associated when using a hot tub, so use at own risk. Please no food or drink in the hot tub.

~ Hot Tub covers are for insulation purposes and may not be stood on, as they will break.

~ Please keep cover on when not using the hot tub. Also, after hot tub is drained and refilled after guest, it takes up to 6 hours to get warm again.

~ Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes they make and throw trash in the trash can.
