The indoor heated pool allows for relaxation at any time of the year, no matter the weather.

Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS:
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT:
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire property, which encompasses the inviting fire-pit area complete with comfortable chairs outside, as well as the relaxing Hot Tub situated on the back deck. Additionally, guests are free to come and go as they please without any inconvenience or restrictions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is equipped with essential cooking utensils and a convenient coffee maker for your convenience.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Inclement Weather: While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.

• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Heated Indoor Pool: Our cabin features a private indoor pool that is heated for your enjoyment. The pool's temperature is carefully maintained between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay.
Pool Cleaning/Maintenance: Our pool cleaning team will require access to the cabin twice a week for pool maintenance. Your presence is not necessary during these maintenance sessions. We kindly request that you ensure all pets are crated during this time.
Quiet Hours: We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
No Smoking Indoors: We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. Power Outages: Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
