Very convenient for our planned activities. Room exceptionally clean. Included covered and secured parking was great. Street car stop just outside made getting around to attractions and restaurants easy.

We loved our stay!!!! The host was extremely responsive with any questions we had and the property was immaculate!!! The bed was so comfortable that it would have been easy to want to spend the day there!!! We loved how everything was walkable, and the trolley right outside the door is so easy to jump on if you don’t want to walk (and it’s very clean). It’s too bad that Vrbo requires you to rate “family friendliness”, because this property isn’t meant to be for a family, so it’s an unfair question. If we return to KC we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

We were in town for a concert at the National WWI museum, and stayed at Caleb's place for the weekend. Location was perfect, with a KC streetcar stop right outside the building. The condo was well-appointed, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for two people. Security was always available if you needed them, and parking in the garage was very convenient. Caleb was a great host and very responsive. He checked in to make sure we got got in okay and that we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great communication with the host on any expected questions with the building. The elevator use was a little tricky to get used to but building security also assisted. Apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Host was very friendly and helpful. The unit is very clean and has all amenities needed! The view is also really nice. Location is great - right next to public transit to easily get up and down main street. About 2 blocks away from a fun bar/restaurant with a good view also, John's Big Deck, would totally recommend! I also really appreciated that parking was included and covered especially because it rained during our stay. Host was kind to offer food recommendations around the area. We overall had a really great experience and have already talked about staying here on our next visit to KC! Thank you so much!

The stay was amazing, we were only a few minutes walk away from everything we went to and anything farther we were able to take the street car to! Check in and out was very easy, we were given detailed instructions and we didn’t have to worry about parking in the city because of the parking garage access! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Building security was friendly and helpful! Host was amazing!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved how convenient it was to hop on the free trolly. It was also an easy walk to lots of great locations, especially to the Convention Center where our meetings were being held. The staff at the front desk/security team were absolutely FANTASTIC!

Downtown Location

Great location! Loved being downtown. Condo was very clean and everything needed was provided. Bed was very comfortable. Nice that CVS was across the street and we could walk to a lot of places. Communication with Caleb, while needed only once, was easy and he responded quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was top notch and the location is ideal and centrally located, with the streetcar stop right when you walk out the door. For a downtown/city location, the apartment was very quiet with lots of natural light-plus stocked with everything you need for a home away from home vibe. Caleb was wonderful in communication and a great host.

A great place to stay

This is a very nice apartment with a comfortable bed. The living room furniture was quite nice as well. There's a terrific coffee shop just outside of the parking garage. Handy access to the trolley, and easily drivable as well.

Exactly what it says!

This is great rental. The host was quick to reply and was helpful with finding us a parking garage close that our truck would fit in. wmWe forgot our iPad in the unit and ge made it easy for our daughter who lives in KC to get it. The location is in walking distance to most everything. We will rent here again on our next visit.

Cute listing just as pictured, no amenities missing. Host communication was top notch. Security was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved that there was a KC Streetcar stop right outside of the building making getting around downtown very convenient! Will definitely search out this listing for our next KC trip in the future!

We were in KC to surprise our daughter for her engagement. We couldn’t risk running into her in the area so we were in the condo most of the time leading up to the party. It was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would 100% stay there again

My husband, 11-yr-old son, and I had a great time at Caleb’s condo. We came in for a quick night to watch a Sporting KC game and so wanted a place that gave us quick access to other parts of the city. The size was perfect for our family of 3. We especially appreciated the gym, which also included a small basketball court (my son LOVED that). The directions for check-in were a little more complicated than other places we stayed but the process was exactly as Caleb laid out so it ended up being straightforward. The security folks were awesome and helpful too. All in all, it was a fun and comfortable stay and exactly what we wanted!

Birthday Get Away

This property was the perfect place for us to stay and enjoy the downtown area of KC! The property was in a central location and the building we stayed in was very well kept. The condo had every amenity needed. We appreciate that there was more than just salt and pepper to season our food with, and extra blankets for those of us that get cold. Caleb was a great communicator the whole way through. We would definitely go here again!

Fabulous stay with so many perks

There was so much that was just excellent about this stay. I did not plan to have a vehicle, but with transportation from the airport costing 45 each way, I got an electric rental for a little more and was able to park for free and there was a free charging station on the 5th level of the garage!I did not use the fitness area, but I checked it out and it was quite nice.The room was clean and modern looking. There are 2 TVs whichbl worked great.Having an oven ended uo being great for warming up pizza (I prefer that over a microwave which was also available). This is a greatvimprovement over a hotel which may have cost more.The security staff was VERY friendly and helpful with any issues or questions that I had.The check in process was a little detailed, but it is about as smooth as possible given the nature of the situation (getting a parking pass, scan cards and door key into my hands).I cant say enough positive about this experience. Thanks!
