Det finns en privat ingång via en massiv sten och järn bak veranda, utanför gatan säker parkering omgiven av ett 8 ft högt trästaket. Denna lägenhet har avancerade apparater och exceptionellt kaklade badrum / inventarier som efterliknar lyxhotell. Tre bakre verandor och god trädgård med uteplats. Verandan med utsikt över stor park. What a treat!

Wonderful place to stay. I felt like a normal person and out of the hotel dance for several days. Very safe area and 'rental.' Nice host, etc. No complaints here at all

Great Neighborhood

This was a nice area that was an easy drive to downtown, eateries, and the stadium. The property owner was responsive when we had an issue with the Internet and the apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed our long weekend.

Perfect spot!

We stayed for two nights to catch a Monday night football game at Arrowhead. The place is conveniently located and an easy drive to the stadium. The loft is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of charm and personality in each of the rooms! The bedding was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed our first trip to KC, and if we return, we will definitely stay here again!

3 Day KC Fun Trip

The location was close to downtown, and near by fun towns like Lee’s Summit. My wife and I with two friends enjoyed 3 days of KC food, breweries, and friendly people. Andrew was a great host and made check-in and check-out very easy. We will return for sure.

Hyde park loft

Wonderful loft on 3rd floor of historic mansion in beautiful old neighborhood. Wonderful arts and crafts decor in the loft. A few things need fixing like loose door handles, loose towel racks and kitchen faucet, hence only 4 stars. This would take a handy person a few hours to fix. But this did not affect the quality of our stay. Comfortable beds in a very cozy space. If back in KC, will stay again.

International Competition

Beautiful accommodations, sparkling clean, comfortable beds, provided a great hub for our week in Kansas City. Only issue was unstable internet….but that’s been a problem even where I live in Oklahoma for the last couple of weeks. It didn’t keep us from enjoying the week or the loft apartment! If in KC, we will definitely look to stay here again.

Historic home within 10 mins of downtown and tons of places to check out. Quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities just know you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Arts and Craft Loft

We loved the Arts and Craft Loft. Only two issues - too bad it is on the third floor as it is difficult to climb the steep outside stairs with luggage. Also the Tv's had reception problems with buffering and pixelating.
