Detta loft för konst & hantverk stil beläget i ett landmärkehem från 1911 är för mycket för ord, med sin eleganta inredning och atmosfär, belägen i ett populärt centrum i stadsdelen. Det finns en privat ingång via en massiv sten och järn bak veranda, utanför gatan säker parkering omgiven av ett 8 ft högt trästaket. Denna lägenhet har avancerade apparater och exceptionellt kaklade badrum / inventarier som efterliknar lyxhotell. Tre bakre verandor och god trädgård med uteplats. Verandan med utsikt över stor park. Måste se och uppleva för att tro.

Roomy, well appointed third floor unit in a beautiful old KC neighborhood. Great deck to enjoy the evening sky and feel the breeze. Close to so many great KC attractions. Andrew was on site often and available to answer any questions. Would love to stay again!

Cool place, low tech

The house is in a good location, and the loft was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy. The one downside was that the WiFi was very spotty, and the tv’s were essentially useless. Overall, it was a cool spot that suited our purposes, but the lack of WiFi/tv was frustrating during downtime.

Perfect 2 bedroom

The Hyde Park Mansion Loft is the perfect space for 2 couples. Each bedroom has its own bath and it has a washer/dryer too. Owner is very communicative as needed. It is our 2nd time renting this space and I'm sure we'll be back again.

What a treat!

Wonderful place to stay. I felt like a normal person and out of the hotel dance for several days. Very safe area and 'rental.' Nice host, etc. No complaints here at all

Great Neighborhood

This was a nice area that was an easy drive to downtown, eateries, and the stadium. The property owner was responsive when we had an issue with the Internet and the apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed our long weekend.

Perfect spot!

We stayed for two nights to catch a Monday night football game at Arrowhead. The place is conveniently located and an easy drive to the stadium. The loft is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of charm and personality in each of the rooms! The bedding was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed our first trip to KC, and if we return, we will definitely stay here again!

3 Day KC Fun Trip

The location was close to downtown, and near by fun towns like Lee’s Summit. My wife and I with two friends enjoyed 3 days of KC food, breweries, and friendly people. Andrew was a great host and made check-in and check-out very easy. We will return for sure.

Perfect for a girls weekend

The house was purchased in 2010. I have been restoring the house to its original state when it was built in 1911. I appreciate the historic neighborhood and its convenience; a location in midtown between Crown Center and the Plaza.
