Detta loft för konst & hantverk stil beläget i ett landmärkehem från 1911 är för mycket för ord, med sin eleganta inredning och atmosfär, belägen i ett populärt centrum i stadsdelen. Det finns en privat ingång via en massiv sten och järn bak veranda, utanför gatan säker parkering omgiven av ett 8 ft högt trästaket. Denna lägenhet har avancerade apparater och exceptionellt kaklade badrum / inventarier som efterliknar lyxhotell. Tre bakre verandor och god trädgård med uteplats. Verandan med utsikt över stor park. This is such a CUTE place. The pictures are spot on- so much character and charm! The neighborhood is beautiful too! But more importantly, this little apartment was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with, and have clearly thought about the people renting this space. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, bathrooms had lots of the little extras in case you forgot something. The towels and bedding were all lovely. We would stay here again, without question!

In town for the Chiefs Ravens game. Nice neighborhood. Easy to get around. The unit is a third floor walk up (needed the exercise). Unit very well kept. Love the wooden accents. Beds slept well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. One thing was the internet and tv was not the best but hey we were in town to soak up the KC town!! Definitely recommend and definitely would rent again!!!

Roomy, well appointed third floor unit in a beautiful old KC neighborhood. Great deck to enjoy the evening sky and feel the breeze. Close to so many great KC attractions. Andrew was on site often and available to answer any questions. Would love to stay again!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Andrew was very welcoming and accommodating. I accidentally requested the wrong dates for our stay and he made the change for me without hesitation. The Hyde Park neighborhood is made up of beautiful large old homes and mansions well cared for and a great place for a walk. The location is convenient to downtown, Westport, the Country Club Plaza, and Nelson Atkins Art museum along with others. None is more than 15 minutes away. Be aware that this is a third floor apartment but the stairs are sturdy with handrails and I’m 73 and it wasn’t a big deal.

Very nice property. Parking wasn't the greatest when you have 2 cars and not wanting to park on street. Only issue was internet, arrived Thursday and pretty much didn't have access to tv's or internet till late Saturday afternoon. And we left Sunday morning. I feel like a refund of some sort would be in order. The host was very nice and tried numerous things before he arrived and plugged in a booster for internet then it was fine. There are 3 units to this house and he said there was only 1 gig for the entire house and there was 7 people in the apartment below so everyone was using devices. Overall it was fun weekend.

Perfect spot!

We stayed for two nights to catch a Monday night football game at Arrowhead. The place is conveniently located and an easy drive to the stadium. The loft is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of charm and personality in each of the rooms! The bedding was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed our first trip to KC, and if we return, we will definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend With Family

The apartment was a perfect spot for a quiet stay for family members in town for a wedding. It was clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and lots of the amenities of home.

Overall, this was a decent solution for what our family needed. It had enough room for us to have separate spaces, separate bathrooms and plenty of cookware for home cooked meals. A few things of note- it is in fact an older property so there are creaky, wonky floorboards in places, some home repairs in need of attention like towel racks that fall off and the secondary bathroom door does not slide at all and is quite heavy. Spices were listed on amenities but none were in the kitchen (one small bottle of oregano). We did make a quick grocery run upon arrival after discovering no coffee was provided for the pot of kuerig. While the neighborhood itself is nice, the nearby grocery options were quite surprising. The Aldi was fencedgated with 2 armed security guards. The Save A Lot… let’s just say only my husband would go and the rest of our family would not. Whole Foods or the newer Casey’s gas station is probably the best choice if needing to make a stop. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Beautiful Victorian Home

This was a nice place to stay- you’re on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Victorian home, accessed by stairs on the back. Decor is shabby chic, complete with creaky wood floors and craftsman style trim.

A Great Stay!

Cute cute house. The third floor loft is a hike up the stairs but once inside, room and nice kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. House clean, and water was hot! We went to the KC game. Location was easy to get to/from stadium. Would stay again.

Weekend Get Away

Place was very nice has everything you need. Very room, one thing to note you do have stairs to climb to get up to it. The owner was very easy to work with and when we called him on something he was right there to take care of it. Wound definitely stay there again.
