This incredible building is located on one of the main roads of BogotĂĄ city, Av. Caracas. In front of Transmilenio (public transport), the location is near to the international city center, universities, Monserrate, restaurants, National Park, Museums, and other touristic places. The apartments and the building have a beautiful 360 view of BogotĂĄ you can't miss.
The lofts are incredible. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and storing food. The double-size bed is really comfortable and the TV has all movies and series Netflix has available. The apartments also have desks with ergonomic chair to study or work. And there is a small table for dining. The bathroom is both complete and modern with hair dryer and first aid kit.
The building has a 360 terrace with a panoramic view of the city. It also has a communal area for laundry. There are some additional common spaces for rent, offices and a beautiful kitchen to invite guests.
Recommendation: At the time of making your reservation, a photo of the guests' identity document will be requested to authorize entry to the building, as required by the administration, for security reasons for you and for all.
Please remember the building is brand new, so some common areas are not in use yet.
