Conveniently located near many of the areaâs best coffeeshops, restaurants and local shops. You are minutes from downtown Austin, and just nearby many recreational opportunities.
Austin is a travelers paradise, and this area is dotted with boutiques, spas, and restaurants. Craft beer, cocktails, and farm-to-table cuisine are the norm.
With four bedrooms and 2 full baths, thereâs space to comfortably accommodate 10 people. 2 on each bed in the bedrooms, and a sofa in the living room and game room.
Each additional bedroom offers resort level comfort. Three bedrooms share the large hall bath. The living space is large and accommodating.
The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular, with plenty of seating offering both a lounge area around the fire pit. The sunny backyard also features a private grill and fun games. PLUS - a private reading/lounging nook in the back yard.

You will have the entire home to yourself.
