📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.

💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

🏓 Pickleball Court: The pickleball court is seasonal—open for play most of the year, but it won’t be cleared of snow during the winter months.

🏠 Entire Palace: You get the ENTIRE palace to yourself! On over 1/2 acre of land, you'll have the perfect base camp for your group!
