Perfekt läge för familjesemestrar! Njut av sommaren väder BBQing på uteplatsen, med solen och en fantastisk utsikt över Pike's Peak.

Förutom nya utemöbler på däck för att njuta av utomhusmåltider. Nere i promenad ut i källaren / mansgrottan har vi ett helt nytt biljardbord, darttavla och 70 "Smart TV med 5. 1 surroundljud, uppgraderad kabel för att njuta av de favorit-sportspelen. Logga in på ditt Netflix & pandora-konto för personlig underhållning!

Vi har också en ny 60 "4K TV på övervåningen i sovrummet med uppgraderad kabel. Ett perfekt alternativ när inte alla kan bestämma sig för att se samma show tillsammans.

På huvudnivån kan du laga mat i ett fullt utrustat kök och välja mellan en mängd brädspel som tillhandahålls för att leka med hela familjen runt spisen. Njut av lite kaffe på morgonen på soffan medan du tittar ut genom fönstret på Pike's Peak ... det är ett av de bäst bevarade hemligheter som vårt hem har att erbjuda!

Layouten är en annan anledning till att detta passar perfekt för ett fritidshus. På övervåningen har du sovrummet med ett barnvänligt våningssäng rum och ett drottning sovrum med fantastisk utsikt över bergen. Huvudnivån har ett drottningssovrum som är ett perfekt rum om du kommer med morföräldrarna så att de kan undvika trappor. Och ner i källaren finns det ytterligare ett barnvänligt våningssäng med en Roku smart-tv för barnen, liksom ett drottningssovrum. Det bästa med källaren är att det är en gångkällare och båda sovrummen har stora fönster med massor av naturligt ljus!

Super enkel åtkomst till den helt naturliga Ute Valley Park som är en lokal favorit med spårets entré steg från huset! Inom några ögonblick transporteras du från komfortboende till Colorado naturliga livsmiljö där du kan utforska många olika stigar, ansluta till naturen, rida med mountainbikes, ta den otroliga utsikten, andas in den friska luften med god chans att se några vackra vilda liv!

Precis runt hörnet ligger Pinon Valley Park. Denna grannskapspark är en perfekt familj som umgås för att njuta av en picknick, spela lite basket, med en lekplats för barnen och öppna fält för att spela sport.

Great Thanksgiving week

Everything about the house was very nice and fully equiped, bedrooms, kitchen, family room, bathrooms. We really enjoy the 6 days we spent in the house. Great location if you want to sightseeing around. Highly recommended it.

Perfect house for family gathering and what a view!

Spacious home with tons of extra amenities for all ages. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Walking trails and a park with a playground nearby. Property manager was extremely helpful and flexible as we arrived during a snowstorm. Had a relaxing and wonderful stay - thank you!

This was perfect in every way. House was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen convenient and had plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. the location so convenient for all the sightseeing and hiking we wanted to do. Five stars all around.

Perfect home!

Our daughter graduated from UCCS and all of us out of state family stayed here. 10 adults and 3 kids. Perfect home for us. Plenty of room and great location. Loved watching the wild life. Even got video of a bobcat right behind the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay

Rental property is great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and space. Rental manager (Kristen) was very responsive and communicative about a few issues we came across during our stay. Overall the property suited our needs for the time we were there.

Wonderful property

The house is beautiful but the views are spectacular. Coming from hot and humid S Texas , we so enjoyed sitting on the deck for morning coffee as well as dinner. Great location for all the activities we took in around The Springs. Highly recommend this outstanding home

Family wedding weekend

This home comfortably slept four families for Memorial Day weekend. Tons of living areas and a great outdoor patio with a grill that we took full advantage of. The park a block away was a huge hit with our little kids. Highly recommended!

Perfect House for a large group

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.

Perfect place for a family reunion!

This was the perfect place for our family reunion with children spanning 2-13! The layout of the house was perfect and gave each family the privacy and space we needed. The house was stocked amazingly with kitchen tools, grill gear, kids toys, strollers, pack n plays, high chairs, games for all ages, along with a pool table and dart board in the basement. We loved sitting on the patio outside on the upper and lower decks and took daily walks to the park a few minutes away. It's a great location in Colorado Springs with the Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo nearby. Our host was attentive and super helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience! We would definitely love to stay again if we return to the Springs!

Delighted

This property was excellent. The location was convenient to food and activities and the house was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. There were plenty of toys and games for all of us to enjoy during rains and in the evenings. And the view of the mountains was outstanding. In addition, a park and hiking trails were within easy walking distance. Finally, the property manager was very helpful with our particular needs. The bottom line is that everyone in our party old enough to express an opinion was delighted.

Decent property. I'd rate a B. Nice location, everything well explained and easy to use. Kristen extremely responsive. House can handle lots of people. Basement cold. When both bedroom space heaters turned on, the circuit breaker flipped. All in all a positive experience

Spring Break!!

I cant say anything negative about this property!! I booked it for my family of 13 for a week. There is so much space!! The views are absolutely amazing...the kitchen is fully stocked...very spacious...kids loved the pool table...dart board and the many many board games! The property owners thought of everything! We were there for a week and it felt like home! The house was very clean and organized...the house is very close to alot of attractions! Short drive to top golf...indoor skydiving...indoor bounce park and even 2 really great resturants...In an Out Burger and Mods Pizza a must try! We travel every year for spring break and christmas holiday and this by far is THE BEST house we have stayed in! 5 star for sure!! The property owner was always avaliable and responded promptly! When i do make another trip there i will definitely book this house again!☆☆☆☆☆

Great house and location for large family!

This house worked out extremely well for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids ranging from 15 years to 2 months. The park a block away, the hiking/dirt bike trails a block the other way, the wildlife out the front, the views of Pike's Peak out the back, and all the attractions within a short drive were perfect. We had a great time! Kristen was extremely prompt and helpful in answering our texts. The one minor issue we had was quickly attended to. Her reminders about garbage day and checkout times were much appreciated! We really appreciated the labels on all the switches and the plugs on tables throughout the house for charging devices. Several strollers and the baby bath came in very handy. Prior to our visit, we were a little concerned about staying in a residential area since we previously stayed in more remote areas of CO. But the location was perfect! It was quiet, convenient to everything, and couldn't have been better for our group. Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Brian Larsh vacation home

Excellent rental. The view from the patio is fantastic and there really are deer roaming the streets. We were mesmerized by the Garden of the Gods. Stayed 2 hours the first time and then went back a second day. AWESOME! Our favorite little town was of course Manitou Springs. This is a must for everyone. Quaint little shops and eateries. Everyone in our party agreed that we would like to reschedule in the future. Housekeeping at the home: There was only 1 half roll of toilet tissue in each of the 4 bathrooms and a small partial roll of paper towels. We also did not know there was no working ice maker, so we had to make a quick trip to the store as soon as we arrived. There was also a slight odor in the basement room nearest the pool table room. Note: Top of the stairs bannister facing entryway did seem a little lose. Might be a concern if a heavy person leaned against it. Thank you...Annie Mooney

Great Views - inside and out !!

Fantastic, amazing, awesome, peaceful are just 4 words that easily describe this property. One really great feature is that there is only one or two steps to negotiate to get into the main floor of the property. There is one bedroom on the main floor so this was a big plus for us as we assigned that bedroom to the elders of our group who were both 83 and had limited mobility. The remaining 5 bedrooms are either up or down one floor. There are several common / gathering areas with 2 of them on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with whatever cooking items you need to cook for small or large groups. The property management group were very responsive and always only a text away. There were 10 of us ranging from 21 - 83 and we had plenty of space to be together or sneak off for a little alone time. The views from both the front and back of the house are breath taking. What a great view of Pike's Peak to wake up to every morning. Beds are very comfortable as is all the other furniture. We highly recommend this property to any larger group needed 6 bedrooms plus some couch space.

Graduation 2023

This house was perfect for our family of 15 traveling in for USAFA Graduation. Everything was clean, well organized and labeled. The view from the deck is incredible. We had more than enough equipment, games and toys for the kids in our party, including a playground within walking distance. The host was kind enough to leave us a note with decorations and tape for our graduate. Such a great house for large groups.

Great location, great house, and great experience

My wife, daughter, two dogs, and I enjoyed the house very much. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect so we could easily take our dogs to the neighborhood park and also hike in the state park with the entrance across the street. Would stay here again.

Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.

The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.

The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
