Perfect villa for our family holiday

The villa is well kept and equipped with everything you need, in a great location. We had a great holiday in the villa, the kids especially loved the pool and games room! The villa app is so helpful and useful allowing a pain-free check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

Another amazing stay at this wonderful villa!

This is our second time staying at this superb villa and once again it did not disappoint. It is so clean, quiet, peaceful and in the perfect spot. We had a couple of issues but Chris the owner was immediately there via message to help and support and fix, he is so helpful and friendly and we are very grateful for everything he did. Do not hesitate get this Villa booked.

Stunning Villa - Great Stay

We have just returned home from a great 11nights in this Villa. Absolutely stunning, very private pool area, but also a pleasant setting. Sun all day on the pool area and sun loungers, but also shaded in the covered part. The house itself is tastefully decorated without being over the top, enough for the children but also great for the adults.

5th Stay and booked our 6th for next year!

This is our 5th stay at Heroes Vacation Home and every year we see new improvements at this villa! Its certainly one of a kind and we've already booked for 2027 for our 6th annual visit. I highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a premium furnished villa that is very well looked after.

Amazing venue, Amazing host!

From the first minute that I contacted Chris about the villa, he was responsive, helpful and great to deal with. He kept us informed throughout the entire booking process and was always just a WhatsApp message away to answer our queries. As the date for our stay got closer, Chris remained in contact and updated us frequently regarding our stay. When we arrived at the villa, we were all amazed at how spacious it was. There was 12 in our group and the villa accommodated us adequately. The rooms were all a good size and there was a bathroom for each of the teenagers - this made things so much easier when getting ready! The villa pool and jacuzzi were an excellent extra touch and the amenities within the resort were great for our down days away from the parks and shopping malls. We had an amazing 2 weeks in Orlando and this was largely due to our host Chris, and his exceptional villa at Solterra Resort.

Amazing stay!

We have just got back from a 2 week stay at Heroes Vacation Home. This villa is amazing. It’s beautiful, spacious and extremely well maintained. From booking to checking out the owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. The location within the resort is also superb. Lovely and quiet, not overlooked at all yet only a few minutes from the club house one way and main security gate the other. This villa has lots of added extras and touches of luxury we haven’t found anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Another amazing stay!

This was our 3rd stay in Chris’s beautiful villa and it won’t be our last! The villa is exceptional. Modern, super clean and full of high tech technology with a mobile app that makes controlling everything in the home so much easier. It has everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay and a fantastic private saltwater pool - this has now become a must for us in Florida. Chris responds instantly to messages and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Our boys were unwell whilst we were visiting and he made sure to check in on how they were doing on more than one occasion. We can’t wait to visit again and are already thinking about dates to visit having only just returned home! Thank you, Chris!

Month in the sun in the perfect villa

we as a family of 10 people all various ages had the best time in this villa, big enough to be private and cozy enough to be relaxed , spent a few days around the spacious pool area with plenty of comfy seating outside in the shade if needed, inside was very spacious for dining ,cooking and relaxing . The resort was a huge plus with a gym,pools and food. The owner Chris was only a msg away if any problems or any advice was needed, we had no issues at all on our stay. Very clean, and homely vibe to the villa.10 out of 10 on all aspects of our stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the villa. Location is great and the villa itself was fantastic! Outside area is perfect - not overlooked & great size with outdoor couches & tv a real bonus when you need a break from the sun! Inside villa is great, clean & tidy with everything you need. Fantastic villa ideal size and location

Recently stayed at the heroes vacation home on the Soltera resort Davenport and have to say it is the best villa we have stayed at in Florida. The villa was spotless and had all the home comforts required to make our stay the most pleasurable we have had during all our holidays to Florida. The location is ideal for all your trips to Disney and Universal parks with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive or Uber cab. Communication from Chris the owner was always prompt and informative. I would highly recommend this villa for your vacation to Florida.

Fantastic Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Heroes Vacation Home and are already looking to book again! We absolutely love this beautiful villa. It is in the perfect setting. Modern, spacious and excellently well equipped, it really does tick all the boxes. Our children love the themed bedrooms and the swimming pool. Chris is always so helpful throughout the booking process, answering any questions and offering advice and tips. We highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to returning for our third stay in the coming years!

Do not hesitate to book

From someone who has traveled to Florida many times and booked various villas over the years this villa is up there with one of the best, what puts the cherry on the top is the owner Chris. Chris can not do enough to help he is fabulous, lots of helpful tips from getting shopping delivered to villa to park tickets. The combination of a superb villa with everything and Chris is just fantastic. I would advise anyone to book you will not be disappointed. We will be back hopefully next year.

Absolutely wonderful family vacation

We recently had an amazing family vacation at Heroes Vacation home. There was more room than the nine of us needed. The home was perfect and the pool and patio couldn’t have been any better. Unfortunately, the eleven days flew by too quickly, as there is a lot to do in the Orlando area. We had an infant with us and appreciated the crib, high chair and stroller that were conveniently provided. Definitely thinking about coming back next year. Highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Well what can I say......I have been going to Orlando and America for the best part of 20 years and stayed in 5 star Hotels, Disney Hotels, Virgin Villas and Private villas and this by far IS THE BEST. Even down to the service that the host provided was 2nd to non!! We've just returned from staying in their beautiful home for 3 weeks and ive already booked again and will not be going anywhere else!!! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and well maintained and looked after, as is the complex. The location is perfect for Disney and all the parks and for beach trips, the i4 is close in proximity to just about anywhere in Florida. Safe to say we would highly recommend this villa as your home from home (and it literally does provide EVERYTHING) and you're sure to have the most amazing experience, as we did......thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home with us!! Outstanding

Wow! What an amazing 16 days we have had. From the first messages, Chris has been so helpful in answering all of our questions about his beautiful villa. The villa was plenty big enough for 13 of us with all the amenities required. There were plenty of towels which helped with the luggage space 👌. The kids loved the games room and the pool, which we noticed was being kept clean every few days. Plenty of restaurants in the local area with supermarkets and liquor store 5 mins away. Overall, we couldn’t fault this villa and should we look to come again, will not take a second thought of booking here again. Thank you Chris.

Stunning

Firstly, the accommodation was exactly how it looked online. Very clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. The children loved the beautifully decorated bedrooms, the adults had space to relax and take time out on their own if needed. My favourite chill out zone was the blue sofa upstairs, so comfortable and correctly described as a sleeping pill by the owner! I like a wee nap on rest days. The resort itself felt very safe and the Soleterra amenities are perfect when you want a chilled day away from the parks. The parks were between 30-45 minutes by car, depending on the time you travelled. Champions Gate was a short drive away, where we’d go for Publix, or a choice of restaurants and take away venues. Secondly, the owner Chris. He was by far the best owner, we’ve rented a villa from. Very attentive, from answering questions about the villa to guiding us through our first hurricane experience. I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation.

Spacious Family Retreat

We just got back from a ten day vacation staying at this spacious family retreat in Davenport, FL. The house is very spacious with lots of room for multiple families, especially because it has three master bedrooms. Checking into the house was very easy and directions were very accurate. The door is automatically set to let you in right at 4:00 p.m. We got there a little early and tried the code at 3:59 p.m. and it wouldn't work, lol. We enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the private pool as well as cooking our own meals in the updated modern kitchen. The ice maker was one of the best ice makers I've seen in a vacation home. The owner was very responsive and stayed in touch throughout the entire process from booking to checking in and out. He was also very informative and offered many suggestions for activities to do in the Orlando area if you've never been there before. He provided top notch customer service

Holiday perfection

We had a fabulous stay at Heroes homes . The layout was perfect for our family. A lot of care was taken to provide security. Daily garbage pickup and the efficiency of the gated community was great. Special attention to bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms , lots of beach and showering towels. The bedrooms and home were as described. Full kitchen and the option to rent a barbeque were a plus for a large group. Even though you need to purchase garbage bags toilette paper etc it was nice to have start left by the owner. We opted for heated pool and hot to. Which was the highlight of the stay for all the kids. Disney is close as well as a great shopping mall. There is a discount store for food called BJs which we purchased a years membership for 20.00 and just had to cancel before we left to stop recurring yearly charges . The process was a breeze … and the cheaper prices a bonus. Location is great with lots of options for fun nearby. The owner was amazing and responded quickly !!! Would definitely return and recommend this place as top notch !!
