Detta är några av de unika föremål som du måste tänka på jämför med en annan villa som erbjuder !!!

1. I denna villa fick över 40 kuddar så att du aldrig slut på kuddar under din vistelse.
2. Stor LED-belysning överallt som du inte hittar i någon annan villa
3. Hemmeautomation .. betyder att du kan sätta på all belysning i villan bara till hands vid din säng. Andra villor har inte det när du vill stänga av ljuset i sovrummet, du måste gå till dörren för att stänga av dem.
4. LED-förändrad belysning ovanför poolen, mycket användbar och rolig.
5. Barnvänligt, vi fick barnstol, barnredskap, barnsäng, poolstaket skyddar från barn som faller i poolen.

We had a great time!! The pool and outdoor space was great!! Plenty of room for our 3 families. The kitchen and living room is open and spacious and was definitely the hub of the house! The house is a little older and could use some updating but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our time and each other.

We booked this house more than 6 months in advance excited to stay. The host was generous to allow us to check in earlier than 4pm. That evening we learned that the jacuzzi (which you had to pay to have heated) didn’t work - was refunded the amount - throughout stay found several issues - found blood on bed coverings, food between bed and bedside tables, bathtub dirty with bath gel or substance on tub, all shower curtains had mold, exposed nail on carpet fringe which someone cut foot on, pool area filthy, pool float to use covered in mold, told to do bedding laundry and dishes didn’t even provide starter detergents, bunk bed large exposed boards on top with significant stains (urine or fluid) Sat for dinner and found dried spaghetti on several spots in table, when stripping bedding found several areas of blood on under sheets and pillows. Doors were filthy and wasp nest located above door entry At 845am the cleaning crew showed up to clean and entered the pool area and began cleaning although checkout time was 10am. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it either. The owner was quick to respond to complaint about jacuzzi and asked I contact mgr of property they were slower to respond to say they’d work on it, however it was never resolved while we were there.

Property was just okay overall. His communication and customer service below average. Hot tub is advertised but not the mention of wanting more money for the hot tub to be HOT! The second day of the stay, the WiFi stopped working and didn’t work again until the night before we left. Extra charges on every phone for data/use and all the televisions require WiFi to function because they only have apps. It took hours for a response back then had to wait on 2 strangers to come look at the WiFi because he’s not local and no apology or anything for the inconvenience. Also, the grill was filthy, other areas of the house were not cleaned, pool didn’t look clean and someone came the day before we were leaving (unannounced and I wasn’t notified prior by the host) stating we had to leave the pool for cleaning.

Good location to visit Orlando area attractions. Check in was straight forward and any communication we had with the host was met with a timely response. The property is very spacious - we used three of the six bedrooms and the reviews of the beds for comfort was positive. The pool and the spa (hot tub) were clean and were a big hit as were the games. Two points to note: this rental is referred to as self catering by the host - not a big concern we just were not aware - once we understood this we purchased extra garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, napkins, toilet paper etc.. for our 6 night stay (there are multiple grocery options very close to the property). As well - given the property is popular and well used - it could use some TLC and a deep clean. Overall for the location and price this property was good value.

The beds were horrible, ants in the kitchen couldn't use the grill because it was filthy and he got a replacement from a discount store because the frame was rusted. A toe board from the kitchen fell off because it was taped on instead of glued. I think that is enough because I could go on with more. Pictures are not what you're getting in this well lived in home.

Since your visit, I have personally inspected the property and addressed the issues you reported. The BBQ has been replaced with a new one, the kitchen kickboard has been properly repaired, and the property has received additional maintenance. We have also carried out pest treatment as a precaution. We take guest feedback seriously and continually invest in maintaining and improving the home. We had a lovely stay at this home while spending time with my mother in law and other extended family. The house was large enough , plenty of bathrooms and fun with the pool table and pool and hot tub. Some issues were the cleanliness of the grill - my husband spent two hours cleaning it, the amount of time it took for the hot water to heat up in the bathrooms and kitchen, the lack of laundry detergent even though the host asks for laundry to be started before checkout and a ripped screen on the lanai.

Overall, very well maintained. Carpets are a little beat up, but that’s pretty normal in any rental. Pool and Hot Tub heating was very reasonably priced. Gated community, mostly all other rental units for neighbors. I could’ve done without the neighboring house smoking weed outside all Saturday afternoon.Good access to Disney and Universal, and the host was very responsive to any questions, etc.

Stayed here for a trip with kids

Stayed for a week here the owner was watching everything like a hawk he has cameras all over including inside it was kind of creepy to say the least.

I want to clarify for full transparency: we absolutely do not have any cameras inside the property. As per legal and platform regulations, indoor surveillance is strictly prohibited — and we fully comply with that. The only cameras we have are external, positioned at the driveway for security and guest safety, which is standard practice for holiday rentals. I chose this villa because of its fantastic location in Central Kissimmee and the quality of the Veranda Palms community.

The villa is approximately 6 miles from Walt Disney World and offers the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. Within just a couple of minutes, you'll find Walmart, Target, petrol stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and many everyday essentials.

One of my favourite features of this location is its proximity to Kissimmee Regional Park, which is located directly behind the community. Guests can enjoy walking trails, wildlife viewing, bird watching, kayaking, and beautiful green spaces. It provides a peaceful escape from the busy theme parks while still being close to all the action.

For theme park visitors, the location is ideal. Disney is only a short drive away, and there is easy access to the major roads serving Disney, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and the other attractions that make Central Florida such a popular holiday destination.

The famous Highway 192 is also nearby, offering a huge selection of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and attractions, including Old Town Kissimmee.

For me, Veranda Palms offers the best combination of a modern home, a great location, and a peaceful setting. Whether you're visiting for the theme parks, shopping, golf, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine, it's an excellent base for your holiday.
