Beautiful open concept apartment in one of the most modern and newest condominiums in Punta Cana. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook at home. Apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with access to a private patio and their private bathrooms. Extra sofa bed in living room. Did we mentioned the balcony with views to the pool!!. Guest have access to the entire apartment!. There is no one else to share it with, including the spacious private patio with access from the living room and both bedrooms. The swimming pool and GYM are shared. You will have access to the residential through a security checkpoint available 24/7. Apartment is in the first floor with accessible entrance including ramp for wheelchairs
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. Guest will be charge 17 dominican pesos( US $0.30) per KWh consumed. Consumption report will be sent at time of check out
