This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhome is just across the street from the emerald waters of Biltmore Beachâless than 500 feet to the sand. Walk to Schooners for a frozen drink and sunset celebration. This pet-friendly unit offers easy access to everything you need for a perfect beach vacation, including St. Andrews State Park and the Shell Island Ferry, just a mile away. Rentals for watersports, golf carts, and bikes are nearby, and the boat ramp on Grand Lagoon is just minutes away.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This unit offers all the comforts of home for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Enjoy Wi-Fi with streaming and local channels on the TVsâwith a TV in every room for entertainment. Guests can enjoy Live TV through Comcast. Please refrain from ordering any paid channels outside of the provided.
Youâll find a Duo coffee machine for brewing both pot coffee and K-cups, along with a blender and toaster. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a blow dryer in the main bathroom, and an iron and ironing board in the guest bedroom closet.
This unit features a fenced backyard with a covered, welcoming paved patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The 2nd-floor balcony offers partial ocean views, adding a scenic touch to your stay. For outdoor enjoyment, weâve provided a fire pit, turf grass, and BBQ grill. Beach essentials are available with a beach wagon & chairs (no umbrellas) located in the laundry closet for your beach days.

The unit is pet-friendly, and we provide small and large pet crates in the guest room closet for your furry companions. While this unit is pet-friendly, we kindly ask that all guests follow the rules below to help ensure a clean and comfortable experience for everyone:
1. A refundable pet deposit of $50 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets).
Note: If the deposit does not fully cover any damages, guests will be responsible for the remaining costs.
2. Pets must be fully potty trained before entering the unit.
3. Pets are not allowed on beds. Sofa covers are provided and must be used if pets are allowed on the couch.
4. Pets must not be left loose or unattended. When left alone, they must be crated.
5. If an accident occurs, please clean it immediately.
6. The yard is fully fenced, so leashes are not required; however, pets must be supervised at all times.
7. Pet waste must be disposed of properly in the designated outdoor pet trash bin.
8. Before checkout, please thoroughly inspect the unit to ensure no pet messes have been left behind.
Other details to note:
Trash pickup is on Mondays. Please take the trash can to the street on Sunday night and return it after pickup on Monday.
Upon booking, youâll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
