The apartment was very clean, spacious, and included all kinds of thoughtful extras. Our host has thought of many small details such as having a selection of teas, coffee k-cups, and sugars.

Great Place to stay

This was a great little stay for us and we appreciated how simple the decor was, the location was easy to find, and fairly simple to get to the door. You do have to travel down quite a few stairs to the basement, so just wear your walking shoes. There were a few areas that might have used a good cleaning, like the tile behind the sinks in the bathroom, and the towels needed freshening up but overall very nice and still give this place 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay!

Loved staying here! There were so many thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable: extra pillows, space heater, bathroom amenities, kitchen supplies, WiFi, and clear instructions for everything. Check-in and check-out instructions made it a breeze! And everything was clean, well-organized, and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Great location, quiet, close to everything. We were not at the apartment much due to my wife and I standing up in a wedding which was a family member. The family room couch could stand to be swapped out as others have said, as it is small. Great place!!

Clean & convenient

This is a lovely rental. Clean and comfy. But be aware this is not a house rental but a basement apt in the backyard of the home owner. We were not aware of this til we arrived. It was not a big deal, but not really clear in the listing. The apartment is well appointed and the beds were great, but the rest of the furniture was kinda small and not comfy for hanging out and relaxing. It is a bit of a hike to bring in luggage, but well lit and easy to traverse even for us older folks. Location was great for us as we were headed to Red Rocks and to do some off-roading. Owner was great. Coffee maker was complicated, we went to Goodwill and bought a cheap coffee maker to use instead. Overall great rental.

Stylish Clean and great location

Great place to stay for families. Local park near by for kids. located close to stores, target etc. Red Rocks was really close and all other locations around Denver within 20-30 mins. Little to no traffic. Washer and dryer made it easy to pack less things. Really stylish decor and very roomy.
