Escape to Rascal Ranch, a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Nestled in a neighborhood with a delightful ranch/farm vibe, our home is just a short stroll or bike ride from vibrant Olde Town Arvada, where you can enjoy local events, delicious dining, and refreshing drinks.
A Few Things to Note:
Rascal Ranch is a charming attic apartment located in our carriage house, which means the ceilings are a bit lower than average. If youâre over 6 feet tall, you may find some areas a bit snug. We want to ensure your comfort, so please keep this in mind as you plan your stay.
That said, weâre confident youâll love the cozy, inviting atmosphereâperfect for a memorable stay near Olde Town Arvada and the mountains!
Rascal Ranch Features:
- Two Comfortable Beds â One bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the front room offers a twin day bed that converts into a spacious king, with TVs in both spaces to ensure comfort and entertainment at your fingertips.
- Well-Equipped Bathroom â Freshen up in our full bath, complete with a hair dryer, organic shampooing products, and fresh linens.
- Outdoor Oasis â Relax on the patio, soak in the hot tub, or catch a game on the outdoor TV. The space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
- Fully Equipped Kitchenette â Enjoy the convenience of a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, making it easy to whip up meals or snacks during your stay.

Hi, weâre Amanda and Lukeâyour hosts at Rascal Ranch! Weâre Colorado locals who love the mix of city life and outdoor adventure that Arvada offers. Originally from the Midwest, we found our way to Colorado (not knowing each other) and fell in love with the mountains, great food, and friendly community, and each other!
When weâre not hosting, youâll probably find us exploring new breweries, checking out live music, or enjoying the outdoors with our pup, Rascal (who inspired the name of our Airbnb!). Weâve designed Rascal Ranch (our first home) to be a cozy, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home while experiencing all that Olde Town Arvada, Denver, and the Rockies have to offer.
When weâre not hosting, youâll probably find us exploring new breweries, checking out live music, or enjoying the outdoors with our pup, Rascal (who inspired the name of our Airbnb!). Weâve designed Rascal Ranch (our first home) to be a cozy, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home while experiencing all that Olde Town Arvada, Denver, and the Rockies have to offer.

One of our favorite things about this neighborhood is the friendly, laid-back vibe. Youâll often see neighbors out walking their dogs, riding bikes, or enjoying a drink on their porch. If youâre here in the evening, you might catch a breathtaking Colorado sunset painting the sky with shades of orange and pinkâone of the simple pleasures of living here.
