Just a few blocks east you’ll find the beach and Ocean City Boardwalk, with restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions along the way. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is just two miles north, and Assateague State Park is 10 miles to the south.

At home, spend mornings waking up with coffee on your waterfront balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when hunger strikes. The cheerful, open layout combines a spacious living room, dining area, and full, well-equipped kitchen. Whip up favorite family recipes, then grab a bite at the large dining table before heading out. If you’re going to the beach, grab the thoughtfully provided boogie boards, umbrella, and beach chairs on your way out the door.

When you return, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer makes quick work of any stray laundry. Entertainment options at home include four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, WiFi, and a DVD player for family movies. If you’re not ready to call it a night, soak up the day’s last rays at the community pool before bed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
