Babbitt adventure

Everything about this would have been good, but it was not ready for us when we arrived. We were excited to be there after 4 hour drive and he was still cleaning and removing stuff from property. We had friends just down at Babbitt RV park and wanted to unload and go visit, which we finally did. I usually unpack and get situated before we do anything, but i was very frustrated that we had this experience, and left to enjoy dinner with our friends. When we got back we spent an hour cleaning!! Woke up next morning for some awesome Fun 4 wheeling with friends for the rest of the time. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Not sure if I could stay again because the owner broke our Trust.

All the comforts of home and reasonably priced. This is a well maintained and impeccably clean rental. Although it's not Lakefront, it is located close to all the great Iron Range lakes and attractions.
