Really pretty property, casual but perfect for a family of four. Clean and in a little palm tree jungle with a two minute walk to the beach. Would rent again.

Touchstone House was the perfect stay for our family. It sits just steps from one of the nicest beaches in the world, with a fantastic coral reef for snorkeling as an added bonus. We grilled almost every night, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We also rented our golf cart directly from Neka and Clint, the wonderful house caretakers.The overall style and decor of the home are beautiful—we kept noticing charming new design details days into our stay. Outside, the garden is immaculately maintained, and the gardener even shared fresh coconuts with us from the property's palm trees.The A/C units looked brand new and cooled the house perfectly. When the island power went out, David was incredibly responsive, and having an on-site generator meant we barely felt the disruption.It was an exceptional trip for our family. Thank you, Karina and David!

Thank you, Karina! The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, clean and so cute! We loved every minute. The housekeeper and gardener were so great to have during our week there. And such a great location -- steps to the beach and a quick cart ride into town and anyplace else! We could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful week and wlll definitely be back!

Touchstone Cottage was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving! The cottage had everything we needed and was just steps from the beach. The owner, Karina, was extremely responsive to texts/questions; and the housekeepers were able to fulfill all requests - from stocking the refrigerator prior to arrival to securing a golf cart for the week. It was the perfect vacation for us and we are planning to rebook for next year!

Just got home from our second time staying at Karina and David’s special property and already cannot wait to book our next stay. It’s such a special place and we truly feel at home - while away from home. Couldn’t be a more beautiful or convenient beach access for our family with three young kids. Plus Neka and Clint coming in every day to help tidy up feels like an extra special treat for the parents. Thank you David and Karina for sharing your special spot with us!

Relaxing vacation

We had a five star stay at Touchstone cottage. The property was perfect for us and the location was wonderful. The staff do an outstanding job and are so hospitable. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Touchstone Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage is beautifully maintained—cozy, clean, and full of charm. It worked out great with our 2 and 4 year olds. The hosts were kind, responsive, and clearly take pride in offering a special experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely cottage!! Everything was very clean, comfortable & cozy. The proximity to the beach access is very close and leads to a very quiet & serene section of beautiful pink sands beach. Karina was an exceptional host… she went above & beyond to offer many helpful tips & suggestions before & during our stay. We would absolutely recommend the cottage or house to anyone looking to stay on harbour island.

We had the best week at the touchstone cottage. The location is superb, the cottage has everything you need, is beautifully decorated and so clean. Karina was so helpful. This was the best family vacation for our little family of 4! We already miss the touchstone cottage and Harbour Island. We will absolutely be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Touchstone Cottage. It was the perfect spot for our family of three and felt comfortable, easy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The house has great privacy and a beautiful yard where we spent a lot of time hanging out together. Inside, the kitchen and living room were warm and inviting and very well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals and relax in the evenings after long beach days. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and just right. The beds were very comfortable, and both we and our child slept great the entire stay.Karina and David are wonderful hosts: friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really want their guests to have a great experience.We’ve been coming to Harbour Island every year and this is the first house we’ve stayed in where everything felt perfect, especially given how close it is to the beach (you can hear the waves from the outdoor shower). We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying at Touchstone Cottage again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful cottage

Touchstone Cottage was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect location for our stay with our 5, 3 and 1 year old. Karina provides everything you need and gives excellent suggestions for restaurants, things to do, places to shop, etc.

Perfect Beach Getaway — Cozy, Clean, and Steps from the Ocean!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy — it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved how close it was to the beach; you could hear the waves at night, and our early morning walks were the perfect way to start the day. The beds were super comfortable, and the beach gear made it easy and fun for the kids. The outdoor shower was a huge plus after sandy beach days. Communication with the owner was excellent — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Well appointed rental, steps to gorgeous beach

We loved our stay at Touchstone cottage. The rental had everything we could need for our stay, well appointed kitchen, beach toys, towels and toiletries. Only thing I would add is an outdoor shower. Hope to come back again!

A Slice of Paradise

We absolutely loved the location of the cottage - everything about it was perfect. Close to everything, but just enough tucked away. And the close proximity to the beach is amazing! The owner gives wonderful recommendations and instructions for getting around the island, restaurants, excursions, etc. We will be back!

The most wonderful week!

We had an amazing week on Harbor Island staying at Touchstone's Cottage. The cottage was so charming and the grounds were beautiful. Karina and David are two of the nicest people and are wonderful hosts. They have really thought of everything to make their guests feel right at home. We're already looking forward to next year!

Great vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The porch is perfect for meals and relaxing in the evenings with a nice breeze. A beautiful beach is just a few steps away. The only minor issue we experienced was a clogged kitchen sink and the property manager had someone there and the problem resolved before lunch. We can’t wait to plan another trip here.

Touchstone Cottage is an Island Treasure

This property is beautiful and has been our favorite place to stay on the island. The cottage has the perfect island feel - great decor and details, fully equipped with the essentials, the grounds were lush and it is just steps away from the beautiful pink sand and ocean. The owners of the property are fabulous - always responsive and they give a detailed list of great recommendations for dining and things to do during your stay! We are already planning our next visit…we can’t wait to come back!
