Beautiful condo and great location! Three minute walk to beach and 5- 10 minute walk to restaurants. Nice to have the back patio on first level, so you can drop your sandy beach chairs there before walking through gate and into condo. Will stay again!

Great Location

We loved the location, on the ground floor so we could have easy access and also a place to keep all of our sandy beach toys! The kids loved that we could walk to a few stores and also to get ice cream. The adults loved that the beach was so close, right across the street and close to restaurants. Overall a great stay!

The pool was actually heated and we were close to the beach!! The place was inside was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room. The outside property was well maintained. The only thing that didn’t affect us this time was you only had one parking spot. But maybe they have more spots if needed. We didn’t have family visit like we originally thought they might!

Dear Jeffrey, We thank you for sharing what a amazing condo this is at Alerio. Our cleaners will be especially happy that you found your unit in pristine condition. We work hard to ensure our properties are clean and inspected before each arrival. We would love to offer some beach toys to our guest however; they tend to get broken or become missing. There are some really great inexpensive shops with beach supplies in the area. We hope you plan to visit the area again in the future? If so, please give Sanddollar One a call. You will receive a repeat guest discount plus save on the VRBO fee. We look forward to hosting your next stay. Regards, Sanddollar One

Great destination trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a rocky start of air conditioning not working, they got it fixed the next day. Overall was a great experience! Very close to beach and a great condo. Clean, well stocked and loved being on ground floor close to beach. The only drawback is only 1 parking place.

Must Stay!!

We met family here from out of state. Absolutely loved the home, the location, and the walk to the beach. There is absolutely nothing I can say negative about the property itself. Even the security staff was friendly, helpful, and just awesome. The only complaint I have is that you only get one parking spot and there is no other guest parking on site. Since we came as 2 families, that meant one family had to pay to park off site.

Absolutely loved our stay at Shore to Please at Alerio located in Miramar Beach! Condo had everything we needed and was spacious enough for our 8 person family. The only minor issue we experienced was the upstairs neighbors children running back and forth across the floors the entire time. As a mother of five children, I understand the excitement of being on vacation. Again this was a minor issue and certainly not a concern directly connected to the condo. Beach access is conveniently located right across the street. Please be mindful, if you are traveling with a wagon, like we were, there are two flights of steep stairs that you will need to carry the wagon down. Winn Dixie, Chick Fil A, Silver Sands outlets, and Starbucks are right down the street. Felt really safe in this area. Will definitely return!

The room was very clean and beautiful. The beach access was directly across the street which made it very easy to access. The only negative I have to say is the whole time during our stay they had our front door closed off to the front porch with no way to get of it or use it because they were doing repairs. We like to be able to sit outside in mornings and drink coffee and sit outside during evening to just enjoy being out there but was unable to do so.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the room clean and beautiful, and that the beach access right across the street made things easy and convenient. We’re sorry the front porch was unavailable during your stay due to repairs. We understand how important it is to have outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee and relaxing evenings, and we regret that this impacted your experience. While maintenance is sometimes necessary to keep the property in good condition, we recognize this affected the comfort of your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll take your comments into account to better communicate and minimize disruption for future guests.
