Our Kuilima West condo is ideally situated just steps from the Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton Resort, and has all the amenities you need, parking, AC, free wifi, washer and dryer.
More than 5 miles of secluded beaches, 3 private swimming pools, 2 private tennis and pickle ball courts, charcoal BBQ, 2 PGA golf courses, horseback riding, activity rentals and fine dining all less than a 5 minute walk from your front door!
This 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bath unit is a legal and licensed vacation rental located on the beautiful North Shore!
First Floor: The main level features a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, individual split-system AC, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and pod-style coffeemaker. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the living room, furnished with stylish, comfortable furniture. The living room also includes a flatscreen TV with cable and free WiFi throughout the unit.
Loft: Upstairs, the loft features two twin beds and an updated bathroom with a shower and toilet. This cozy space is perfect for additional guests or family members.
Comfort Features: Both floors are equipped with ceiling fans and split-system AC to ensure a comfortable stay.
Beach Gear: For your beach days, we provide gear including chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach toys.
Complex Amenities: As a guest, youâll have access to the wonderful amenities of the Kuilima complex, including three swimming pools with barbecue facilities, tennis and pickle ball courts, and 24/7 security staff.

Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the âBefore You Arriveâ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Parking: A parking pass will be available inside the unit for your vehicle. Please park only in the designated stall assigned to you.
A guest parking pass will also be provided for your visitor. Guest vehicles must park only in designated guest parking stalls.
Parking passes must be clearly displayed by hanging them on the rearview mirror at all times.
Do not remove the pass from its plastic holder.
Please note: A $50 fee will apply for any lost parking pass or holder
Please keep the unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! Please clean thoroughly immediately after finishing cooking and eating-in. This helps keep insects out of the unit.
Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets: We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
As a courtesy, we offer basic household supplies for the first day(s) of your stay.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
Toilets: Please do NOT flush feminine products, disposable wipes or trash in the toilet.
Hanging towels on the lanai railings is not allowed. Skateboarding on grounds is not allowed.
POOL: Enjoy the 3 swimming pools and tennis courts on grounds, for your use. Pools; Follow posted rules. No lifeguard on duty. Open 9:am to 9:00pm daily. No glass of any kind. One of the 3 pools is designated for âAdults Onlyâ on a weekly rotational basis. Please take note.
BBQ: BBQâs are available in the gazeboâs at the pool. They are for your use and are on a first come first serve basis. Charcoal is needed.
Please note: Turtle Bay Resort pool is for resort guests only.
Turtle Bay Spa, Golf and restaurants are open to the public. We recommend making reservation. (More detailed info below.)

Please leave our home the way you found it!
Please clean dirty dishes, or load them in the dishwasher. Please start the dishwasher.
Please avoid leaving dishes with food on the counters.
Be sure to remove ALL garbage. The dumpsters are by the parking area.
If you have time, please strip the beds and start a first load of towels in the washer.
Check your car(s) for any items that are supposed to remain at the unit, especially Parking Pass!
Should you misplace a Parking pass, the replacement fee is $50.00 each.
