Welcome to Adventure Awaits!

This beautiful and new South Haven home is the perfect destination for your next vacation, family reunion, or getaway with friends. 2 heated community pools. 1 community hot tub and Less than a quarter mile from Lake Michigan beaches and a 5-minute drive to downtown South Haven, you will have all the fun this town has to offer.

INSIDE THE HOME
This two-story home has plenty of space for families and large groups to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. The open floor plan on the main level is ideal for cooking a meal or preparing snacks in the large and modern kitchen, watching a movie by the stone fireplace, or playing a game at the kitchen table overlooking the private yard and woods.

On the second floor, you will find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Wake up in the primary bedroom to a view of the woods for the ultimate getaway. Two more spacious bedrooms upstairs have queen-sized beds with their idyllic views. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bunk bed and a twin bunk bed to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably! There is a fifth bedroom on the main floor with en-suite full bathroom access.

More fun in store with the walkout basement! There is enough couch space for 10 people to watch a movie or play a game. With a full bathroom and outdoor access, your group can have a second space to retreat and relax after a day of South Haven adventures.

As a part of the Harbor Club Community you will have access to the community pool and golf cart rentals.

Awaiting Adventure in Large, Beautiful Home
Compilation of comments: Loved the beach supplies. The large TV’s upstairs and in basement were nice. Thank you for the welcoming gift. Could not find the pool for the community. Optional upgrades: Outlet covers (at least in bunk room) Deck lighting and lighting by grill area. An outdoor chair or two near grill. A table for completed grilled food. Maybe a picnic table? Accent chair in larger bedrooms would have been nice. Perhaps a little nook for reading? More comments: - way to turn on fan/light in living room - tall storage in fridge (maybe rearrange shelving) - mats for entrances to put beach/wet items - great amount of seating in and outside Other comments: Home review : -Chairs/benches in bedrooms -Maybe have some natural bug repellants handy for body and home -Buy more local art/decor for the home -Coffee table for basement -Liked idea of leaving things for future guests -Maybe labels on kitchen cabinets?

Beautiful property
This property sleeps 14, we had 11 (6 adults and 5 kids) everyone had ample space. The basement and bunk room was great for the kids . Short walk to the marina pool. It was a bit further from the beach and town but overall a very nice place to stay.

Family vacation
Clean , new and close to beach. Our family of 12 had ample room . 6 grand kids and 6 adults. The golf cart rental made it very efficient to get back and forth from the beach .
