Awesome place!

The house is beautiful! The rooms are clean and bright. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided, plus lots of extras. The game room is lots of fun! It’s a very short walk to the beach and shops.

Wonderful Stay!

It was our third stay at Awayframe and once again, it was lovely. There’s a reason we keep coming back— the Awayframe has everything you need for a nice, relaxing stay and we LOVE how dog friendly their property is. Not to mention the 5 star communication from Suzanne, who is always quick to respond with whatever you need. Definitely recommend the Awayframe!!

"Amazing Location, Immaculate Home, Thoughtful Hosts"

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The location was perfect—centrally located and just a short walk to the beach and other key ocean access points. The home itself exceeded our expectations; it was even better than the photos, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The hosts were incredibly communicative throughout the process, so we never had to reach out with questions.The amenities covered everything we could possibly need—and more. The cozy fireplace and peaceful setting right on the lake inlet made for a truly relaxing atmosphere. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus and made the stay even more enjoyable. We’re so grateful for this getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Almost perfect

I loved the house and location. Did not enjoy one of the neighbors. I would be happy to rent this beautiful home again. The home was spacious for a family of 6, 4 kids and my wife and i. Its just a 5 min walk to beach and restaurants. We had a great vacation there.

Relax and Unwind!

The Awayframe is the place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beach! It has everything you could need and it’s pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard. It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last! Cannot recommend enough!

The coziest place to wait out a storm

We were excited to bring our pup on our second visit to Awayframe and he loved it as much as we did! We really appreciate all the human and dog friendly amenities like the s’mores station, the doggy door and dog couch, plenty of spices and kitchen amenities for cooking and of course the fireplace and record player. The sauna is an amazing addition and using it in the rain was awesome. Suzanne was a great host, awesome communication and so accommodating. We recommend Awayframe to all our friends.

Best. Vacation Rental. Ever.

We loved it so much we tried to extend our stay, but it was already booked. This place is wonderful for our family of three + dog: so cozy, stylish, and very well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like an indoor s’mores station, mid-century dog bed, vintage video games, candles and ALL the kitchen stuff. Host was very responsive. 100 recommend, would stay again.

Wonderful place!

My spouse, one-year-old and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely A-frame for 5 nights. It was beautifully and newly renovated. Lots of thoughtful touches in the home (like a s’mores station, cozy loft with nintendo and games, hot tub, robes, baby pack n play and gate, kitchen was fully stocked with gadgets and supplies so we could easily cook in). All of this made our family stay so easy and enjoyable. Was within short walk to two beach access points. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you. We had a lovely time!

We frequently see blue heron and a plethora of other water fowl in the canal while sitting at the dinning table. It's so peaceful and relaxing to look at the water. We see deer walk down the street and can hear the ocean waves at night.
