Fantastiskt hem i poolen för semesteruthyrning. Under flera år hyrdes det årligen men nu är det tillbaka! Enorm utsikt, rymligt öppet vardagsrum och nära tillträde till stranden! Detta främre hav har fantastisk utsikt från fönsterväggar inklusive sovrummet med tillgång till däck. Det stora vardagsrummet har en eldstad och köket är komplett med en ätbar. Master-sviten har också en eldstad och ett stort badkar med separat glasdusch. Det stora rummet har en storskärms-TV och en sektion som innehåller en drottning-en-säng. Bara två dörrar bort är tillgången till stranden. Den enorma däck över ser den majestätiska eviga rörelsen i Stilla havet. Se pelikaner sväva precis ovanför vågorna, surfare surfar, sälar spelar och valar pipar!

Fabulous Ocean View

The ocean view as shown in the property listing is why we reserved this home for a return trip to Lincoln City and we were not disappointed. Fabulous view! Perfect Oregon coast

Great views from big and nice deck, close beach access and beach is very clean and nice. Convenient to nearby stores and restaurants. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good parking. We took lots of photos!

The view is fantastic. Would stay there again just for the view. Lots of floor space for infant learning to crawl. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some warm weather during our stay could have used a fan in the bedroom.Streets are narrow so not a great location to walk with children. A few houses down there are steps that take you to the beach(110 steps) but easy to navigate. Never used the downstairs at the house except to put laundry in before leaving didn’t need it. Great coffee shops close by.

GREAT VIEW , BUT have no smoking policy in house but we both have sensitive senses & noticed tint of cigar ? smoke in house & found 1/2 smoked cigar on deck !! also dog hairs on couch , rugs !! otherwise , nice house , quiet !!

The front bathroom smelled awful of sewer. Kitchen cabinet door fell off. No shampoo or conditioner provided.Second bedroom bed super uncomfortable. They need to upsgrade to a new King, there is plenty of room. Cross breeze noted but screens were not in place.patio for oxen view needs updating. Dirty and rough.

Lovely!

Most beautiful and well kept rental we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of comfy places to sit and the view can’t be beat. Loved the fireplaces, jacuzzi tub and ocean sounds from the deck and living room/bedroom. Quiet neighborhood we hadn’t explored before, and appreciated you allowed our dog to come. The turf on the deck was very thoughtful. We hope to return soon, thank you!

Lovely home with spectacular view!

This is a beautiful oceanfront home with a spectacular view in a quiet neighborhood with nearby beach access. Home is very well kept with comfortable beds and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommend it to any small family looking for a getaway.

Much needed respite

A much needed respite from busy, busy summer, in a beautiful setting. House was perfect for us. Gorgeous sunset, steak grilled on deck, morning coffee on deck, living area and kitchen conveniently arranged. Looking forward to next visit.

We just placed this house back on the vacation rental market summer of 2018. It had been rented full time previously. My husband and I own a Real Estate company and believe in what we sell. We take great pride in offering a comfortable place for people to come visit or possibly moving to the area in the future because they like it so much. We had rented this particular home on a permanent basis for several years but recently decided to make it a vacation home again!

The ocean is so amazing, the sandy beaches perfect for walks and for those who like to shop our home is not to far from the Outlet Mall. There is something for everyone here in Lincoln City. Direct Beach access is three doors away.
