Awful Stay - Do Not Book
Highly recommend not to stay at this property. The property is not clean, has pest issues, looses hot water, and the host is not a man of his word. I was instructed by the host to take out the trash can upon arrival, although it was not my trash filled in the can, suggesting the property was left unserviced prior to my stay. I observed the boat dock and its amenities, including a picnic bench, to be covered in spiderwebs and dead bugs. The picnic table and seating areas were rendered completely unusable due to the amount of spiderwebs. The stairs leading up to the house were also lined with thick spiderwebs. The blue outdoor furniture next to the fireplace was observed to be dirty with pollen and covered with spiderwebs. The deck floor was coated with pollen- to include both entry doorway. I observed two active wasp nests in the inside patio area which host made me handle. The following was inside the home:-oven extremely dirty and rusty -hair in master shower tub and sink -master shower broken drain laying in tub-loose hot water after one shower-master shower toilet won’t flush-fridge filter needs changed light on so no ice available- fridge handle dirty -spiders in master bathroom-master bath shower curtain dirty/moldThe host agreed on a refund and documented in the messaging VRBO section for the unused days. However, later rescinded his promise and will not refund the unused days. The host failed to offer to send the cleaner. Do NOT at stay here,
