Great place for our family while we visited relatives in ABQ. Little ones had fun running around the back yard. Our last night included a fantastic light show as a big storm rolled in.

Check in was easy and communication with host was great. Nice big backyard for our dogs , which they enjoyed. House was clean and functional . Neighborhood Walmart is close by and any attractions you would want to see in Albuquerque are within 20 mins. There was construction on freeway so it would be faster once that is done .

Great place!

We had a great stay! Lots of space for everyone (note the 4th bedroom is the casita). There were fun outdoor games. We had some family pool tournaments. Everything was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable!

Great getaway with the family

The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and casita were a nice and unique touch. The kitchen had every convenience, and the kids loved the pool table.

Loved the Casita

Loved, Loved, Loved our stay here. The main house was perfect it had everything you could ask for and the Casita was where I stayed and it was a pleasant surprise it met all my needs and some I didn't think of. Kenda was available whenever I had a question and answered my calls immediately. I would definitely stay there again.

If you are not use to bars on windows and doors, this neighborhood, may make you feel uncomfortable. It’s city life. I’m a lead housekeeper for a property management company. This home was very clean, well stocked, with kitchen supplies and towels. Hair dryer in main house only worked on cool, the little casitas in back yard is adorable, and comfy. Very nicely decorated, and we never felt uncomfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood, based off our days. We loved hot tub, but could use a better filter, and yards were neat and tidy. I would rent again. My experience at this home was great, and out ways the negatives that I have stated.

Hot tub was excellent! The twin beds were not very comfortable for grown men . We needed more washcloths but after we asked someone brot us some . Enjoyed our stay !

Great location for a family trip.

If you want to be close to everything in Albuquerque but not have to stay downtown this is the perfect spot. The location is great and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The backyard is amazing with the turf, cornhole and hot tub. I highly recommend this spot for your next trip to ABQ.

3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house with a king bed in master and one of the guest rooms and 2 twins in other guest room. Also has a separate casita with a queen bed and bathroom with shower. The casita also has its own washer/dryer!
