This tastefully and completely renovated 2-bedroom retreat offers a king bed primary along with a queen bed, and twin bed in the guest bedroom for a comfortable night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience walking to all of the food and fun in the marina, including the Harbour Town Golf Club, Links, Harbour Town Pool, an engaging playground for kids, live music, the beautiful yachts on the water and breathtaking sunset views . 921 Cutter Court is on the third floor of a well-maintained elevatored building with lovely views of the Harbour Town Links from the balcony. This property offers free access to the heated Harbour Town pool, a rare complimentary amenity for this area. The trolley line pickup to the beach is just steps away. The owners of this top tier property have invested in creating a quality, safe, modern and comfortable property ready to welcome you and your guests.
As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. We provide a free family fitness pass and free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach. Beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. There is plenty of unreserved parking in the area for two cars. Simply head straight to your villa, and begin to enjoy the club, beach, pool or marina. Relax and unwind. A memorable vacation is waiting for you!

It was our first time staying at the Sea Pines, we loved our unit. It was very clean, nicely updated, had everything we needed. We would rent the same unit again. The agents we were working with Jessica and Scott were very responsive to all our inquiries. We definitely recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We brought our own toiletries but they provided all of the essentials as well. They have beach chairs that we used and there’s also a pass to use the swimming pool. The condo was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. The air conditioning worked perfectly.The host mailed us a pass for SeaPines before we left for the trip and the door code worked at the condo so all we had to do was drive down and bring our bags inside. The host was great and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We actually needed to change our dates and they were able to accommodate that request. We accidentally left our iPad and pillow at the condo and they were able to get those items back to us within the week. I really can’t say enough about how awesome they were. We’ve never had a bad experience with a host but this was such a good experience that it really stands out. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay near Harbortown this place is it!

Clean and nicely furnished. Thin walls; very noisy family beside our unit with 3 young girls. Easy access with elevator. Ample parking, and convenient to pool and Harbor Town.

Family Fun

Great little condo for our 5 day stay. It was my husband, my 21 year old college daughter and I. I have been coming to HHI for over 40 years since I was 10 years old. My kids have been coming for as long as they can remember. My in-laws used to own a home in Sea Pines. They sadly passed away last year and home was sold. We did all the things we love, ride bikes, walk on the beach, eat at all of our favorite places and relax. Thanks for a great vacation.
