Privately Owned and professionally managed, this home can sleep 14 people! This spacious home has 2800 sq ft of air-conditioned living space plus a games room with air hockey, basketball, 3 arcade games, X Box and Switch is located in a luxury 5-star gated community of Windsor Hills.
Want to relax after a long day in the parks? Take a dip in the spectacular private pool and jet spa where your family can relax and have lots of Fun and relaxation. Enjoy cooking in our gourmet kitchen and have a bite in the nook overlooking the pool.
*****The Windsor Hills Office informs that in September of 2024, the community pool will be closed temporarily for resurfacing. We understand that this may cause inconvenience, but please know that this maintenance is necessary to ensure the safety and functionality of our community pool for everyone’s benefit.******

The ONE and ONLY Fantastic Game room: The only game room in Orlando themed with the Marvel Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy which will give you one of a kind and most unforgettable once in a lifetime fun and entertainment.
Game consoles: Xbox, Nintendo Switch with >20+games, Arcades
Arcade Games: Air Hockey, Basketball, Foosball, 3 arcade games!!
Every room has a smart TV.
Kitchen : fully equipped, with open kitchen concept.
Private pool and hot tub, equipped with basketball hoop and plenty of pool toys, water guns.
The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool/Spa heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) and must be requested at least 3 days before check-in.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.
We provide a small BBQ grill for your convenience, with an extra service available for post-use cleaning and propane gas refill at a cost of $60 (plus taxes).
This service must be requested prior to your arrival date.
AC and High speed Wireless internet throughout the house.
* If you need a pack-n-play or highchair, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide them as a courtesy.
