Cross Creek Retreat - Luxury Home in the Mountains
Featuring a large screened porch with views of both Turkey Knob and Hickory Knoll, this custom 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home was designed by Travis Mileti and is ideal for a quiet and peaceful mountain getaway. Cross Creek Retreat sits on on just over 2.5 acres of beautiful pastural land in the gated community after which it is named, which is conveniently close to Glen Cove & Old Edwards Club---also just 10 minutes from downtown Cashiers and 15 from Highlands!
This home offers one-level living on an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceilings with wooden accent beams, and twin towering full masonry stone fireplaces in both the livingroom and the screened-in porch. A large eat-in kitchen provides updated appliances and access to the porch, where guests can enjoy the Northern-facing mountain ridge views in the cool mountain air.
The luxurious Master Suite has big-picture windows showing off that same view, alongside a King sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
Both guest bedrooms have a King bed and ensuite bathroom as well. The 2nd Guest suite near the kitchen has an additional loft space with a Queen and a Twin bed.
As finishing touches for indoor and outdoor leisure, the home also has a wet bar, a game room suite above the 2-car garage, and last but certainly not least: a circular firepit area out front next to a tranquil water feature.
Conveniently located between both Highlands and Cashiers, this home provides abundant opportunities to enjoy the world-class shopping, dining, and experiences of both towns, all within a short drive of a peaceful mountain retreat!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below:
For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased.
*Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed.
For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates.
