Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this beautiful home in the heart of East Nashville. Enjoy the classic charm of this long-standing East Nashville neighborhood while being close to all that Nashville has to offer. Our spacious backyard and comfortable sleeping arrangements are perfect for hanging out after a day full of exploring town!

The Space
You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay with us. Walk into a spacious living area with a twin pullout sofa and a large TV equipped with Roku. There is a full kitchen with all the equipment needed to make a delicious meal or heat up leftovers from the day. The back two bedrooms have queen sized beds with cozy sheets and comforters. Please note there is one bathroom for the home. We provide all linens needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy temperate days out in the backyard, with lots of room to run, play and hangout! There is ample street parking available in front of the home free of charge.

→ Please also note before booking – our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your noise levels. We have neighbors and ask that you be respectful of our home and theirs.
→ Please inquire if you want to bring a pet, there will be a fee.
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival.

Nashville getaway

Loved the property overall! Came for a wedding with another couple along with our son and dog. The backyard was a large fenced in space, perfect for letting the dogs run around. Each room worked great with comfortable beds. Nice walkable neighborhood that was quiet. We ran into an issue

Nash house

House was very clean and close to Broadway. Neighborhood was nice. We loved it. Would stay here again.

Nice little house!

We had an amazing stay! We were here for our son’s wedding! The house was perfect! It was clean, had everything we needed, and was in a super quiet neighborhood! It was very comfortable! Easy to check in and out. Communication with the host was great! We had our dog with us and the fenced in back yard was perfect for her! Would definitely stay again

Great property

There was snow on the ground when we arrived. The walkways were cleared and salted for us. Amazing backyard for the doggo. Neighbor's were really friendly. Gave great advice on local food. We were in town for a conference in downtown Nashville. Several ways to get in and out of the city with minutes! Highly recommend.

So GOOD!

Clean, well appointed, great decorating. Beds were comfy, backyard for coffee was awesome. Very well stocked and had a fabulous coffee maker. 10 minute ride to downtown…neighborhood is definitely transitional but it wasn’t an issue.

Cozy House

This is a small two bedroom house but perfect for two people. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and are great sizes. The bedroom at the front of the house did have issues with the mattress feeling like it was sinking. Plenty of towels were provided in bathroom and the shower was very hot with some minor water drainage. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but there is very limited seating (2 person table). The back yard is amazing and fenced in, perfect for your fur friends. The living room is cozy and the couch appears to be a sleeper, but we did not use. The neighborhood is very quiet and street parking was not an issue.
