3 bedroom family home conveniently located in West Nashville. 15 min to downtown & 15 min to Franklin. Just a few minutes to St.Thomas Hospital and Vanderbilt Clinic.
Walk to Percy Warner Park hiking & bike trails. 2.5 mi to Percy Warner Golf Course. Uber downtown usually less than $15 - 20. Great for families with children. Large backyard & patio. 3 minutes to Cheekwood and St.Georges Episcopal Church. Please let me know if you have any questions about the location or nearby amenities.

This is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Felt very safe. David provided everything needed, including coffee and toothbrushes. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for families.

Amazing

We had such an amazing time in Nashville and the home was the cherry on top. The cleanliness, home like feeling made our stay away from home amazing. We will definitely be rebooking our next trip!!!

I feel blessed to have come across this property as it was perfect in every way! It was close to our family in town, a ranch with 3 bedrooms we could not get with a hotel. The decor was eclectic which I found fascinating. Enjoyed the art, the music oriented photos and the sports memorabilia ! Beds very comfortable. Host responsive and most kind! Would definitely stay here againi
