Welcome to Pinchot Paradise. A cozy home that's perfectly located in the heart of Scottsdale Arizona. The best restaurants, night clubs, shopping, golf, and sporting facilities are all minutes away. This home sits in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with lots of parking and yard space.

Inside the house you'll walk into a minimalist design that keeps the space open so you have room to stretch your legs and relax. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 8 total beds (1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins, 1 king). In the kitchen you'll find fully stocked cabinets for all your cooking needs including complimentary coffee and tea. In the living room kick up your feet and watch TV with our complimentary Cable, Netflix and Disney+. Keep your family entertained with a full sized foosball and shuffleboard table. We don't recommend working on vacation but if you must, the WIFI is super fast at 1gbps and there’s a dedicated workspace.

Step outside and you'll find the cool (or heated for a fee) blue pool big enough for your entire group. Lounge under the sun or sit in the shade and have a barbecue under the well-lit patio. The spacious yard has a large turf area for Mini Golf, Cornhole, or Giant Jenga.

»»— KITCHEN —««

The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, tea kettle, stovetop, microwave, oven, toaster oven, Keurig & traditional drip coffee maker, pots and pans and all your other cooking needs. Cook like you’ve never left your own kitchen. Coffee and Tea are provided complimentary. Note there is no water line that runs to the fridge so ice is not included. There is a gas station with ice less than ½ mile away from the home.

Open living room with a 65in 4K TV loaded with complimentary Cable, Netflix and Disney+. Board games and card games are provided to keep your everyone entertained while lounging on the big comfy couch. The living room also has a full sized Shuffleboard table.

Each bathroom has a hair dryer, bath, hand, and makeup towels. Premium toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The two Guest Bathrooms have a walk-in shower and tub shower combo while the Master has a walk in shower. The Second Guest bathroom has direct access to the backyard pool area.

»»— POOL —««

• The pool is a diving pool where the first half is shallow (4ft) and second half is deep (10ft).
• The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/night. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated as it takes time to come up to temp. During the winter the pool can be heated to a maximum of 88 degrees.
• Pool towels are provided
• There is a pool cover during the winter. This cover helps keep the pool warm at night. Please make sure you cover the pool when not using to keep it warm during your stay! Also please cover the pool before checking out. If you don’t see the cover at the pool, do not worry about covering it, it is in storage.
• Please do not tamper with any pool equipment including taking out the vacuum skimmer, adjusting the pool heater, or turning on/off the pump. Pool equipment is expensive and delicate, fines will be applied if any tampering occurs.
• Pool floaties are provided, please keep them under the patio by the pool equipment when not in use so they aren’t sun damaged / fly away

The house a long driveway that can fit 3 cars, street parking is also available. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at the premises, please do not block the driveway, even if it’s the property’s driveway


»»— EARLY / LATE CHECK IN-OUT —««

• Early check-in is available most days. We offer 2 early check-in options, 1pm for $100, and 8am for $200. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can properly manage cleaner schedules
• Late Check-out is dependent on availability. Our cleaners run on very tight schedules so it may be difficult to accommodate, however please let us know as soon as possible and we can do our best to make it work.

»»— SECURITY —««

• On the property there are 2 cameras. A front yard camera that overlooks the driveway and front yard. The second camera is a doorbell camera that overlooks the front door. There are NO cameras inside the house or the backyard.
• There are two sound monitors on the property. Inside the house and in the back patio area. These sound monitors notify us when sound levels hit “party” levels. They do not record sound; they strictly monitor how noisy it is. The city has a noise ordinance so quiet hours are between 9pm-7am. If police are called due to a noise issue, you will be responsible for paying the fine ($2500).
• Occupancy – only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests need to be approved and cannot exceed the maximum allowed guests on the property (12).

• Vendors that are allowed: Decorators, private chefs, IV treatment, cabana boys (upon approval), photographers, hair/makeup artists, massage therapists, yoga instructors
• Vendors that are strictly not allowed: DJ’s, strippers, bounce houses
• All other vendors not listed need explicit approval before your stay

• Are pets allowed? Yes! Please register your pet as a guest when booking, there will be a $75 pet cleaning fee added to the reservation for a deeper clean.
• Washer Dryer? Yes, both are in the laundry room, laundry detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided.
• Do you have amenities for an infant? Yes! The house is equipped with a pack-n-play and highchair for an infant. There are some games in the house suitable for younger children as well
• Is the pool heated? Yes! The pool can be heated for $75/night. The pool takes 48 hours to get to temperature so please let us know ASAP if you’d like it heated. For last minute bookings the pool might not have enough time to get to temperature.
• How do I access the home? You will be provided a key code immediately upon booking. You can also download the August App to open the home from your mobile phone.
• Check out instructions? We try to keep checkout as easy as possible. You’re only asked to run the dishwasher since that task takes the longest. Our cleaning crew will handle the rest. Also, if the pool cover is out, please cover the pool to keep it warm for the next guest.
• Do you have towels? Yes! We provide bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and pool towels during your stay. We also provide basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. The same as any luxury hotel.
• Any other amenities? Yes, we have a long list of complimentary amenities, please check out the amenities list. The only extra’s that are charged are pool heating, early/late check in/out, and pet cleaning fees.
