Hollywood Modern Townhome

-Authentic Spanish charm in an oasis of palms across from the Tribune Studios. Originally built in the 1920's by Charlie Chaplin for his artisans. Its huge windows admit lots of natural light. The canopy of trees keeps the home naturally cool.

This spacious, furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome comes with 1 King Daybed, 2 Queen Beds, Couch in the living room, and Air Mattress upon request. It is great for family and friends and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Parking: ONLY ONE Standard Size Parking Space!
Assigned parking is provided to each guest.
If you need additional spaces, there is free, public parking available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility.

Great for short or long term stays. This is a peaceful non-smoking building.

Guest access: We do not pass around keys for your safety. An email will be sent from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.

Interaction with guests: I like to give guests privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email and Airbnb Itinerary.

*I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps...etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)
