Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was great and it was easy to get around. The sunsets overlooking the lake were spectacular! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again someday.

Brand new and well appointed

Stayed in Penn Yan multiple times before as we have family there, and it was the best home we have ever rented. Great communication with owner, place is brand new construction and spotless ( my wife is a snob when it comes to this). Everything from the bedding to the kitchen ware was top notch. Even had a welcome basket with local breads and snacks. Great attention to the details. Needless to say we will be back.
