** Januari, februari, mars är bokad för alltid .. Förra veckan i februari är öppen. Santa Maria Resort ligger på södra änden av Estero Island. (Fort Myers Beach) Närmaste sak till Key West i södra Florida. Detta är en övre våning, icke-rökare enhet, med 16 fotvinklade tak. Loft med utsikt över vardagsrummet. Två sovrum på övervåningen, alla med sina egna bad & färg-TV. Viktigaste våningen har fullt utrustat kök med bardisk, skärm veranda, matsal, vardagsrum, tvättstuga och badrum. Kabel-TV / video, CD, DVD Se länk för virtuell rundtur. Inga hundar och katter! Se på linjen kalender. Denna enhet fulls upp tidigt. Upp till ett år i förväg. Anteckna att säsongs hyresgäster får first right of refusal på nästföljande år på denna ö.

Denna byggnad har bara 24 enheter, och har en öppen solarium design.

Enheten vetter mot söder och har en vacker utsikt över bukten tvärs över gatan. Stranden ligger tvärs över gatan, sju miles lång.

Byggnaden är direkt på över kanalerna, och har en 36 slip hamn, rätt granne med en stor marina. (Stor båtflotta)

Komplexet har bubbelpool, uppvärmd pool, ismaskin. (internetuppkoppling) Promenad till affärer, 7 restauranger, inklusive spritbutik, CVS-drogbutik och 7-11, tunnelbana. Många många affärer på Santini Plaza intill. Fish Tale Marina ligger intill. Google det.

En stadsvagn passerar varje timme till 22:00 för endast 75 cent. Uber från flygplatsen går $ 40, bara en halvtimme är du på stranden. Stadsbuss från flygplatsen går till Summerlin Square för $ 2. 50 sedan hoppa på stranden Trolley till stranden och enheten.

Quick get away for my disabled daughter

Close walk to the beach ! Was super easy to navigate work my kid with autism. Everything was close. No hassle !

Location location location

This area of Fort Myers Beach is not part of the hustle and bustle that typically comes with Spring Break. We enjoyed walking to the beach and handing out in Bonita Springs. Had a lovely day at Lovers Key State Park. Don’t let the traffic sway you! We basically used the condo for sleep and breakfast. The weather was amazing. The landlord was responsive with any needs we had

Great little Christmas get away!

Being roughly a year out from the hurricane we were acutely aware that things were still on the mend with the island and many properties, but our stay was great! The condo was clean and very easily accessible. The owner, Paul, was very communicative throughout the process leading up to check in and beyond. We stayed over Christmas and the condo had a tree and decorations. It was a great surprise to have that all there. The kids were excited to have a tree and lights. Made it feel cozy and more like home. Overall, our stay was great and enjoyed our time there.

Stayed 4 nights, everything we needed. Walked on beach daily. Restaurants are returning, beach was great. Would rent again.

Rustgevend verblijf in alle comfort

Wat een leuk appartement is dit! We waardeerden de open aangename leefruimte. Rustige omgeving (weinig bewoners aanwezig in de gebouwen) en een zalig zwembad! Publix supermarkt vlakbij om in de goed uitgeruste keuken te koken!

Nice Condo, Great Location

This is a very nice condo in a clean, quiet building. Paul, the owner, is fantastic to deal with. Great location-far enough away from the busy Times Square area but not too far. 4 min walk to beach. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the master bed is super uncomfortable. I know you don't go to FL to sleep so not the biggest deal....but I would still recommend this rental.

Bring your own bed and batteries

Key holder needs replaced, worn out, down to low. Had to call owner and WE had replace batteries in thermostat upon entering! Bed in MBR has a memory foam on it and is NOT comfortable.. Sugar ants in kitchen and MBR vanity. Dusty. Bad closet doors. Had to wash sheets on way out! If I had to catch a plane, no way would I do that! Its’s a vacation. Waiting on damage deposit way too long! Owner said it’s coming; not here 2days later. Never use VRBO again.

So many issues Too many to list here Owner was accusatory rude condescending argumentative and not professional I would if I we’re VRBO not do business with him I will detail the most egregious situation The small bathroom shower curtain had black mold in many/many areas I have pictures When I brought my this to the owner’s attention he told me not to worry He is a mold expert and I had no reason to be concerned His reaction wasn’t acceptable and of course his info regarding mold is ludicrous I told him to google black mold and amazingly after that he said a new curtain would be installed Never once did he ask me for any information about me Having said that I am a senior citizen with respiratory issues Mold can definitely be harmful to me according to my doctor I hope this exposure doesn’t damage my health As I stated when I began the mold situation is the worst By no means was it the only problem I can and will provide more details if anyone cares enough to contact me I think that I’m entitled to some restitution For all that I had to deal with Again will detail if/when contacted Please advise regarding next steps

Great location-didnt need a car. All needs local to the condo and Paul was magnificent in telling us where everything was at. Great choices between either the pool or beach.

Wonderful

Paul’s place was clean, the location and proximity to the beach was amazing! He was responsive and friendly to work with. We had kids ages 2, 3, & 6 and they all loved the pool & the condo gave them plenty of space to wander around. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing

I spoke with Paul when we had arrived very pleasant and eager to please. What was amazing was that it actually look like someone was living there the supplies were plentiful chairs radios TVs umbrellas it looked as if we owned the place and had been living there for five years. We felt right at home. An abundance of pillows sheets blankets towels we couldn’t have asked for any more

Great stay

Paul's place was a real treat to stay at. Clean, well located, spacious. Really appreciated the loft style of the condo. The pool in the condo is also very nice.

Brought our 2 daughters down for a last minute vacation before high School and college start. Place was clean, protected and easy to get to. Great location to pool, marina, ocean beaches and bars/ restaurants

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We couldn't be happier with our choice for a much-needed Fort Myers Beach vacation! Paul has a beautiful condo in a great location, comfortable, honey, and nicely decorated. Pool was wonderful, hot tub too. Convenient to beach and Publix. Paul always responded quickly to questions we had, great recommendations for food and fun, and even texted and called me. Ready to come back soon!
