Bluewater 1005 | Beachfront Condo | Private Balcony | Resort Amenities | My Beach Getaways

Hello Guy, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We truly appreciate your perspective and hope despite the construction interruptions, you were able to get out and about and enjoy the beautiful beach and explore the many shops and restaurants nearby. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're always striving to make our guests' experience as enjoyable as possible. It sounds like the construction got in the way of that this time and we're sorry to hear that. When construction projects like this are taking place, we communicate to our guests the most up to date information provided to us from the resort HOA. The schedules change daily due to weather, progress and other factors. We provided options for a move when we were initially notified of the construction and respect your choice to stay at Bluewater, it really is a gorgeous condo and resort....when there's no construction noise 😉 We hope to welcome you back soon for another beach getaway and yes, post construction is best! See ya'll soon!

Thank you so much for taking time to review your stay with us. We greatly appreciate your positive comments about the beautiful beach, all the local restaurants and your overall amazing experience! Your feedback means a lot to us and our future guests. We're sorry the balcony restoration was taking place during your stay. We wish we could eliminate any disruptions for our guests but building improvements are necessary and we do our best to notify them as soon as we are made aware of scheduled work. We would like to clarify that we did reach out to you before your arrival to notify you of the construction as soon as we were informed by the Homeowners Association (HOA). We do apologize for the unexpected construction noise that impacted your balcony experience. We understand how crucial a peaceful getaway is and we're excited to hear that you'll be visiting again-with a upgraded balcony 😉 We look forward to hosting you again soon!
