With its modern design & updated amenities, this home is perfect for your Miami getaway!

Step into the cozy living area and relax on the comfortable couch while streaming your favorite movies on the Smart TV. Cook and prepare your homemade meals on the well-equipped kitchen that has stainless appliances and has everything for cooking needs.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen-sized beds each. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed.

This home has great outdoor living space where you can enjoy the sparkling non-heated pool, an evening bbq, and lounge pool furniture!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 4 driveway parking spaces are all provided during your stay!

These pictures need to be updated. From the initial arrival, trash cans, absolutely full, walked in dirty floors. House had a weird smell. I saw that the pool area, which was the most intriguing at first glance was not at all how pictured umbrella completely torn, not usable. grill broken, not usable. You could clearly see house had not even been swept, open condom, wrapper in one of the bedrooms on the floor near the bed. Bedding, all dingy, and not that it was very important, but none of it went together just a bunch of thrown together things. Living room carpet all dirty and disgusting didn’t even lay flat is how crusty it was. Red recliner in the living room was absolutely filthy. It was gross. Washer and dryer available. Laundry detergent was for show completely empty. Had to run out and buy my own no cleaning products barely a broom. Found old, crusty towels in the laundry room floor. Appliances, including air fryer were disgusting.Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here contacted VRBO. They did nothing but refer me to the host, contacted host who promised to send someone to clean and also to fix the grill. They never showed up and he never answered again, just empty promises. This property is clearly not being kept up with and whoever’s home watching this property is clearly not doing their job. VRBO should be ashamed of letting people like this guy list properties such as this one. Absolutely the most horrendous place we have ever stayed at

Horrible Smells Blood on Mattress

When we took off the bedsheets to clean them, one of the rooms had old blood stains on the mattress (disgusting and a health biohazard) We did use that room. The BBQ was disgusting with large chunks of old food-was not able to use. There was dog feces on the side of the house which we had to pick up. The towels, pillows and bedsheet covers smelled horribly of dog. The vaccum cleaner exhaust smelled extremely foul of dog. I have dogs so I understand a little dog smell here and there but this was unbearable. I had to bring my own pillows, bed covers and towels. If you are OK with all said above then rent this place. It was a shame because the house is a good house. If this house had a host who once in a while went by the house and checked on it maybe this would have been avoided. We spent 8 nights there and because it was during the Christmas Holidays there was no availability so we had to deal with these issues. My advice, find another place to stay.Hope this review helps you make a decision.
