Hemmet ligger på Upper Point Drive ger de mest fantastiska obehindrad 360 graders sjön och bergen. Huset har ett utmärkt läge bara några steg från den delade utomhuspool och en stor gräsbevuxen område perfekt för en omgång Kickball eller frisbee. Koppla av i vår privata barrel efter en dag på Slidewaters.

Huset är smakfullt inredda i Coastal Living / Pottery Barn avslappnad & elegant stil. Alla rum är omsorgsfullt inredda för att ge dig och dina gäster med den mest avkopplande vistelse.

Wapato Point är den perfekta familjen destination. Du kan njuta av en dag på Slidewaters, vattenskoter, parasailing eller winetasting på de olika lokala vingårdar. Alternativen på Wapato Point inkluderar: putt-putt golf, paddla båt raser, kajak, kanot. Det finns dagliga planerade evenemang på Kiosk för barn i skolåldern, en öring damm, eller tennislektioner. Great stay in Chelan

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property. The house is large enough for our extended family and very close to the lake and pool. We love it here and the property owner has been very good about communicating with us throughout the process.

Beautiful View and great location on Wapato Point

Our adult family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property with easy access to the lake/mooring for our jet skis and plenty of rooms/bathrooms for all. We enjoyed the open plan layout and large kitchen/table as we did a fair amount of cooking for ourselves. Would definitely stay here again - the house is on the upper circle which has a large green field where we had fun throwing frisbee :) the view off the deck is lovely and gets the morning sun which was perfect for us!

Amazing views and location

Fantastic home with beautiful views and an incredible layout. Great layout for groups with five bedrooms, two separate living areas and two laundry rooms. The best stocked kitchen we have ever seen - entertaining was easy for a large dinner crowd. Offering privacy in a peaceful setting this house is unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

We had a blast. The house is gorgeous and location is great. Would highly recommend. Do be aware there are uncovered windows in the main bedroom, so bring an eye pillow if you like sleeping in and need dark.

Annual Generational Family Vacation

Annual Wapato Point Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week staying at Summer Hill @ Wapato Point! This is our favorite home for our family. We all have plenty of room in the home and love all the activities of Wapato Point! We spend most of the time at the beach and then swim in the pool before dinner. The kids like putt putt golf and arts and crafts at the kiosk. This is our 37th summer vacation at Wapato Point and this is our favorite home to rent! We hope to continue the tradition for years to come!

Another Fun Chelan Vacay

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful home. The location is great: close to pool, across from huge lawn to play on, easy walk to beach. The house has ample space for a lot (11) people and most everything we needed. Two things would have improved our rating: 1) The floors need a good cleaning! Our feet were black after just a couple of hours walking barefoot inside and the baby's knees and hands were filthy from crawling around. 2) There need to be more beverage glasses. There are several short glasses, but only 3 tall ones. Overall, we were quite comfortable in this home and had a fun vacation. We would not hesitate to book it again if the available dates work with our vacation dates.

Double Bachelorette Weekend

What an amazing weekend!! The house is absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake from the deck are stunning! The house has every amenity you could think of. This house sleeps 12 comfortably. The location was perfect!!! Communication with Keith was quick. He answered every silly question I had and qas very accommodating!! I cant wait to bring my husband, children and their spouses and my grandkids back for the holidays.

Wapato home

We have stayed here before, very nice, hope again in future. Previous reviewers have mentioned the positives which are all true. Only real negative was no black out shades, bright as can be as soon as sun starts rising. Makes for early mornings. Umbrella on deck has lost lock screws which allows it to spin with any wind, hard to keep shade. Outdoor furniture has seen better days. Positives out way negatives

Our family get-away ~> an annual event we love to anticipate

We found this location and house several years ago and have returned each year since. It fits our extended family well. Lake Chelan area provides: predictable weather- warm to quite warm with sunshine; good restaurants and wineries; great area ammenities; boating, hiking, fishing, swimming in lake or pool, small town pace and quiet. We're able to relax when we first enter the door and set our stuff down. Our family spans 10-months to 68 years of age and the house / yard / neighborhood handles all of us quite well. The open concept for the kitchen-dining area-family room gives us a common area where we can all share our time together playing games, watching a movie, reading, assembling puzzles, eating meals or enjoying a beverage on the deck. The view from the deck of the lake and surrounding hills is exquisite and peaceful. All this and it's not a long drive from Metro-Seattle area. We're looking forward to next year once again.

Our Annual Stay

We are 3 families: Pop & Nana, kids & spouses, and 4 grand-kids. The 10 of us span the ages of almost 3 => almost 71. This is our 9th consecutive year, if I have the count right. From our arrival to our departure, we have fun. Great location; great variety of activities outside and inside; great physical separation for the early risers & those who sleep-in; a kitchen that has space for several to contribute to cooking or clean-up; huge play space within the cul-de-sac for youngsters to oldsters with bikes, any kind of ball, a picnic blanket, swim trunks & floats, or kites if there's a breeze. We began at 3-days; this year stayed for 5; next year we're thinking maybe 7-days. Chelan is a super little town to provide what you might have forgotten or a meal out, or additional venues for other activities. The property is VERY clean and neat and well stocked. We'll be back for the 10th year in 2021.

Poor management

I would have happily given this place 5 stars in spite of the fact that there were issues including a broken table, no handle on the sliding door, a broken umbrella, a wasp nest and garbage/dirty dishes left behind on the porch when we arrived (not to mention we didn't have any water the first day - but that was not the owners fault). I need to leave a negative review because a few days after our stay, the owner sent me a text (without identifying who he was) informing me of several damages we apparently left behind. NONE of which were we responsible for. I informed him of this and only then decided to say something about the above issues - to which he did not respond. A few days later I received an email informing me that he submitted a claim for the damages. My brother then sent him an email regarding this, reiterating that we did NOT cause the damages he was claiming we did (a bent ceiling vent, the broken umbrella, and a ink stain on the linens - all of which were there when we arrived). The owner never responded to his email. Not good management. Not good manners! Such a bummer too because we go to Wapato Point every summer and this house could have been our new favorite. We've stayed a several different houses and have left positive reviews for all of them. But considering we are a very respectful family and responsible renters, the accusation of causing damage and not owning up to it is insulting.

Great house in great location with great amenities and perfect for multi family stay - two refrigerators, two kitchen sinks, two dishwashers are so appreciated. Perfect for adults, teens, kids and babies. Couldn’t ask for more!

Chelan Golf trip

Our 4 night stay at Summerhill was perfect for 8 people golfing 3 premier courses in the area. The house was conveniently located, had the perfect layout for 4 couples and was beautifully furnished. It was in a quiet part of the Wapato resort and had an amazing view. Keith, our host was helpful and very easy to communicate with. We had an awesome time and hope to return in the near future!

Best house to rent in Wapato Point!

We had the best experience at "Summer Hill!" The house is beautiful and decorated with comfort in mind. The house is clean, has a well stocked kitchen and offers wonderful bedding, towels and amenities. This is the perfect house for a family vacation!

Fabulous home at Wapato Point

We had a great stay at the Summer Hill House. It was perfect for our family with so much space for all of us. We have rented many condos and homes over the past 35 years and this home was especially nice! Beautiful view of Lake Chelan, great location close to the pool and easy walk to the beach! Can’t wait to return next summer!

One of the most amazing properties we ever stayed in

This property blew our mind away. It was just amazing. We were a group of 4 couples, 3 kids between 2-4 years. Everyone got their comfy room to stay, wirh ample bathrooms. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with ample dishes and cutleries. Dining table was large to accommodate 10 with spectacular views of the lake. The backyard was great for kids to play in, the hot tub was recently upgraded and we had an awesome time. The front of the property has views of the mountains, it was gorgeous. Lake was at a walkable distance. We visited the various wineries close to the property. We even got extra check in and checkout time which was a cherry on the cake. We can’t wait to come back to this property again.
