From the giant Mickey-outfitted TVs and the Marvel-themed loft/gaming area to the Star Wars, Toy Story, Mickey Mouse, and Harry Potter themed bedrooms, - and the private swimming pool - there is something for everyone!

The Space:
The themed home, in Solterra Resort, near Walt Disney World offers something for every member of your family. All bedrooms include a Roku TV, so you can stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and, of course, Disney+ shows and movies.

- Toy Story Themed Bedroom with two (2) Twin XL Beds, unique Toy Story murals that will transport you to the magical world of Andy's toy chest, closet and 32" Roku TV. (Upstairs/2nd Floor)

- Mickey Mouse Themed Bedroom with one (1) Queen Bed and Twin XL Trundle Bed, mural, 43" Roku TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. (Upstairs/2nd Floor)

- Kitchen, fully-stocked with pots and pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, and anything else you might need - including a Mickey-themed coffee bar! (Downstairs/1st Floor)

- Garage with space for parking of two cars.

POOL AND LANAI
Experience the beautiful Florida weather by relaxing outside on the private lanai, where you can dine outside at our outdoor dining table (plastic plats, bowls, and cups are provided, in order to enjoy an outdoor meal more safely), savor a glass of wine on our outdoor sofa/sectional, or - perhaps, best of all - enjoy the screen-enclosed private pool and/or bask in the Florida sun on one of our sun loungers. Complimentary pool towels are available for use.

There is a back door next to the pool that connects to the master bathroom for convenient access from the outside.

For your family's safety, we have a pool fence around the pool (entrance).

HOME AMENITIES
- For families traveling with babies, we provide both a Pack-n-Play and high chair for your use during your stay.

- Guests will have free access to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, which includes a large pool, lazy river, and fitness center.

- We provide a starter kit of one (1) paper towel roll in the kitchen, one (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion; and, some garbage bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Guests are responsible for any additional amounts needed beyond this starter kit.

- This community includes a trash valet service every morning.

- The Happiest Home Rental is in a great location with easy access to Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom), Universal Studies, Sea World, LEGOLAND, and more.

Guest Access:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

We will require the names of all adults in your group ahead of time to provide to resort gate security, in order to ensure your entry into the resort. They will confirm your identification before granting access.

We will provide a keyless door code a few days before your reservation for you to access the home.

The Neighborhood:
Solterra Resort is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions, Solterra Resort is in a fabulous, central location, just five minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just seven minutes away.

Getting Around:
The Happiest Home Rental is approximately 9 miles from Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach). It's also approximately 21 miles from Universal Studios, 17 miles from Sea World, 27 miles from LEGOLAND, 29 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), 61 miles from Tampa, and 72 miles from Cape Canaveral.

We highly recommend renting/using a car during your stay. There is a two-car garage available for parking, and there is room in the driveway for two cars to park - as well as ample free street parking.

Please try not to block the walkway with your vehicle during your stay, and please do not park on the grass. Parking on the grass can result in damage of the front lawn and/or the sprinklers on the front lawn, for which guests could be subject to a fee (if damaged during their stay)
