This was my 65th birthday trip with family. The house was great, everything we need was available and the location was perfect! It was just a 20-minute walk to the Plaza. The only thing that could have made our stay better was a wider selection of TV channels for movie night.

Great location and very close to plaza, canyon road, restaurants, etc. House was nice, comfortable and had two outside seating areas to enjoy the time with friends and family. Neighborhood was friendly with people walking daily. The host was great! We would stay here again.

The location was perfect for us. Great for walking our dog, short drive to restaurants, the Plaza, etc. we attended the opera and our host was kind to loan us a table for tailgating. The house is beautifully appointed and comfortable. We loved the two patios and the hanging lanterns. The TV worked well and the kitchen had all we needed. A charming place to experience! Thank you for being dog friendly.

The bedroom situation was extremely awkward as 3 of the individuals as they had to walk through the bedrooms in order to go to the bathroom and this disturbed everyone’s sleep during the night.

Elina- I’m sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The VRBO description clearly states that one of the bedrooms is non-conforming, and 90% of our reviews are a five. I’m very sorry that you felt it necessary to leave a poor review.

This home was ideal as our family's home-base during our son's wedding weekend. It was spacious and flexible; we especially appreciated the roomy dining room table and office for those who needed some work-at-home time. The bedrooms were spaced out nicely which helped with the various comings and goings. The area was quiet and walkable to the plaza and many other places nearby. The room unit air conditioners were tested during the very hot days, and did well to keep the house cool and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful, thanks so much!

This was the second time I booked this rental. Once again the house and the rental experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very comfortable, attractive, and equipped with everything one could require, There are numerous areas to relax in such as a lovely back yard, and a covered eating space off the kitchen in addition to a spacious living room. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the Railyard District and the Plaza. The location like the accommodation is perfect. The host is readily available to answer questions, assist.with any needs, and gracious. When I visit Santa Fe again I will definitely rebook this rental.

The property was centrally located and close to many museums and restaurants. This property was a beautiful home, great space for a large group, home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. We would highly recommend this home for others. We had a very comfortable and enjoyablestay.

There were 3 couples and two single women. Everyone had their own space. Walking distance to the Railyard district, the plaza and hiking. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the back. There was everything we needed for cooking group meals. We enjoyed the front and back area outdoor spaces. It was nice to have laundry facilities available. A special thanks for how attentive the hosts were to our needs. They responded quickly. A lovely home.

Perfect spot for multi families in Santa Fe

What a great place for multiple families for both overnight and for common space areas for games, eating, etc. The place is super cute, well-priced, and located in a great area. We would definitely stay here again.
