Välkommen till vår mysiga Flagstaff-bortflykt! Vi tror att vårt hem har den perfekta balansen mellan vackra omgivningar, stort värde och fantastiskt läge. Njut av naturen på det rymliga däck eller se barnen leka i snön från de stora fönstren i vardagsrummet. Vi njuter av alla säsonger - från de svala vindarna på sommaren till regnstormarna och snön på vintern. Stjärnorna på natten är otroligt hela året.

Vår plats är familjevänlig och vi stolta över att hålla den ren, bekväm och prisvärd. Vi har beslutat att hålla 70-talets atmosfär intakt. Så om du gillar idén om vissa vintage-apparater (som fungerar perfekt) och kan uppskatta en gammal skolkänsla, kommer du att älska vår egendom! Vi tycker att det är coolt att visa våra barn lite av 60- och 70-talets nostalgi och vi har en filmsamling som också hänför sig till detta tema. Om du letar efter bänkskivor i granit och uppgraderade apparater, låt mig rekommendera en annan egendom ... men det kommer att vara till en annan prispunkt. :)

Vi har också integrerat några moderna bekvämligheter för att göra din vistelse trevligare. Vi har en avancerad tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek, två platt-TV och gratis WIFI. Vi har DIREKT TV och INTERNETHASTIGHET har uppgraderats till 12 Mbps. Ta med din bärbara dator så kan du få e-postmeddelanden när du sitter på däck. Vi erbjuder också spel, pussel och filmer för barnen i det andra sovrummet. Det finns också en filmsamling i sovrummet.

Vi är på gångavstånd till golfbanan och Country Club. Vi är 10 minuter till centrala flaggan och NAU och 20 minuter till basen för SnowBowl.

Kolla in säsongsgolf på den närliggande golfbanan, åka skidor på Snow Bowl, vandra, släde, shoppa i centrum av Flagstaff eller dagsturer till Sedona, Grand Canyon, Slide Rock, Oak Creek Canyon, Polar Express och mycket mer.

*** Sovande: Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng. Vi erbjuder gott om sängkläder och kuddar. Det andra sovrummet kan sova 4 i sängar. Den har en tvilling över storstor våningssäng och det finns också en utdragbar säng för ett extra barn vid behov. Vardagsrummet har en lädersoffa som kan sova en extra person. *** Sommarbesökare: Observera att vi inte har central AC. Detta är typiskt i Flagstaff och vår plats förblir väldigt bekväm under sommarmånaderna. Vi har takfläktar i varje rum och stora, skärmad fönster som kan öppnas för att låta de svala brisen komma in.

Great location

Enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, and being able to cook rather the eat out. Wifi works great and lots to watch when we had rainy days. Close to trails for biking. Will stay again

Grand Canyon vacation

The house was perfect for my wife and me and our adult son. The two bedrooms and two baths were great. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. The location was wonderful to get to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and touring Flagstaff. We had a wonderful vacation

Quick Trip To Flagstaff

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It snowed while we were there but the condo was nice and warm. It is conveniently located and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. We had to cut our stay short so that we could get home for Thanksgiving and miss an upcoming snow storm, but we had a great time.

Great Place!

I would use this property again. It’s location was great, close to anything you would need or want. Nice, relaxing place. Love the deck to sit outdoors and read or whatever. Loved watching all of the geese on the golf course. All the comforts of home.

5 week stay

Our stay was great. The owners are very responsive. You do hear the traffic on the road if the windows are open. If you are sensitive to noise I would bring ear plugs. Great walkable area. Continental Golf Club has a great restaurant and is a 3 minute walk.

An easy place to stay.

A lovely little home, with lots of ling space. A lovely playground just a short walk away. The only gripe we had was the photos looked like the lawn/yard was bigger in the pictures, and it is right next to quite a busy road so we had to be watchful of the kids.

Fantastic stay in Flagstaff

We stayed 5 nights at this cozy cottage while visiting our daughter. The location was great for day trips to The Grand Canyon and Sedona. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well as there was grass nearby. The cottage had a great kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. The only issue was that we did not arrive until after dark and it was a little hard to find as it is set back off the path, There is a sensor activated light but not till you get to house. Overall we had a great stay!

Conveniently Located

Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great. Sofa uncomfortable. Loading and unloading was not convenient. Location was great, neighborhood was good and an easy drive to all the area had to offer.

Lovely home, great location

This home is super nice. Very clean. Well stocked with cookware/linens. It’s a nice drive from here to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Downtown Flagstaff is nice. The owner was easily accessible and very night. Our flight out was cancelled twice, and she was gracious enough to stay all through an extra day at no charge.

Fall leaves 🍂 🍁

Fantastic well maintained and stocked property. Close to Safeway and freeways. In mid October the fall leaves were beautiful all around the property. You can tell the property owners care about the experience you will have in their home. We will be back.

Was clean but requires some odor control

Very nice stay but smelled odd some room freshener could be handy, has a washer dryer which was very handy could use some charcoal logs for easy light up and clean up as against conventional logs

Great couches for Relaxing

My rating is colored by condition of outside deck. Chairs ann tables in a state of decrepitude, decades old. Living room outstanding for chilling. Kitchen adequate for everything. Proximity to Athletic club and trails a real plus. We would definitely book again'

The stay in the VRBO was excellent

Totally enjoyed our stay in the VRBO. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking , baking, plenty of dishes and drinking glasses. Abundance of good towels. Location was excellent. Close to Bushmasters park with lots of pickleball courts. The TVs had access to Hulu and Netflix. Cannot think of anything negative to report. Close to the duck pond where we enjoyed walking our dog. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Much as described except not very clean. The patio was disgusting and no hose that we could clean it on our own to be able to use it. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend that couches be replaced and floor actually cleaned after each guest. Bed was comfy and clean. The dry mop to clean up looks

Nice place, but some traffic noise

This house was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable, had plenty of room and was equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the deck and the beautiful grounds! It’s in a very nice neighborhood. We think it’s a bargain for the price. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The internet connection was good. The traffic on the street right next to this unit was very loud at times though, especially in the afternoon and evening. We tried keeping the windows closed at night to muffle the noise, but that made the bedrooms too warm for comfortable sleeping. So we just used earplugs. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Dishwasher didn’t work There was long black hairs in both bathrooms and a dried dead bug smashed between bunk beds. The queen size bed was very uncomfortable. The listing was misleading that if you left the property clean and if you followed all the checkout steps that you would get your deposit back only to find out there was never any intention of getting your pet deposit or cleaning deposit back. Which is just ridiculous because why spend the extra 45 minutes to do their laundry and clean the house better than it was when you arrived for nothing.

Rude host and place unacceptable!

Where to start?! I was supposed to receive an email directly from the host on check in code for door, I did not receive anything so I had to reach out to them. They gave me the wrong code so I had to call and then it was just a fiasco after that before getting the correct code. Come to find out they had me mixed up with another tenant. We had gross severely stained bath towels, floor was dirty, faucet in guest bathroom was completely detached, but luckily worked. Pile of dirty towels in guest bedroom, as well as somebody’s pants draped over the chair from prior stay. Urine smell coming from guest bathroom, had to clean around bottom of toilet. Etc. The worst part was that the hostess blamed me for being a complainer, when all we did was give her the truth of the experience we had. And before I wrote this review, gave her a chance to make things right in some way. We were hoping for some, any kind of restitution. She instead told me I was unbelievable and one of the top three complainers she’s ever had. Good luck staying there!!!!!!

We love Flagstaff and wanted to give our kids the chance to play in the snow, learn to ski and also escape the hot temperatures in the summer. We have loved using our second home to enjoy the outdoors and spend quality time as a family. Without the distractions of home, we find the time to play games with the kids, check out the stars, and just enjoy nature and relax with the slower pace of a small town.
