serine ravine

the cabin was pretty, but smelled like sewage every time we flushed, we called multiple times about getting maintenance to come check it and could never get anyone there. the hot tub did not work and kept making noises all through the night, and we couldn’t get anyone to come turn it off. it advertised two king beds and only had one. The grill was not cleaned prior to our stay, it had buildup from not being cleaned, we had to clean it prior to use. and The broom was held together with scotch tape, it came apart immediately when we tried to sweep with it.

Dont stay here

They will lie to you all day, and continue to give you the run around when You will like to speak to a manager. Do not and I mean do not stay at serene ravine it's not worth it. Dirty, hot tub doesn't work, had a leaking faucet with a bucket full of dirty water under the sink. Maintenance man came and didn't do anything but waste my time. They only provide towels for a few of the bathrooms. One garbage bag for a cabin that fits 12 or more people. The guess services ain't worth speaking with The host ain't worth it either the host by the way is the owner of this raggedy cabin. When I say do not have an issue at your property bc it will not get taking care of I mean exactly that. The Tvs didnt work they werent set up so I had to do that. Cable covers missing so cable wires are sticking out the walls. Towel rack in the basement gone and broken i guess bc it wasnt there. Trash can was dirty with black oil coming down the sides of it. Beds looked thrown together to the point i washed all linene before using it. Be aware its only room for 2 vehicles. And its fits 12 or more people in this cabin. So you will not have anywhere to park at. Im asking for a partial refund because the only reason we came was to relax in the hot tub for my moms birthday just for her to refuse to come and got a hotel because the hot tub is broken. And still is. And im sure it will not get fixed. The pictures are false advertisement, dont believe the hype about the hot tub. Im highly 😡.

Dirty! Horrible customer service

Worst experience! Dorty. Black feet walking on floors, had to buy our own cleaning products and mop the entire place. No extra trash bags or toilet paper and no wash cloths so bought that too. Hot tub broken. Took videos and pictures. Was told compensation would be discussed at check out. Customer service person rude and wouldn't lete speak with management. Still no compensation. This place goes by 3 business names. Gatlinburg falls resort is one. Seen all the horrible reviews on Facebook pigeon forge site. Dont stay here.
