This modern, light-filled condo sits at the foot of Queen Anne, one of Seattle's most desirable - and walkable - locations. The Space Needle, the Museum of Pop Culture, the Seattle Center, and Lake Union are all about four blocks away. Renowned restaurants, Pike Place Market, the Amazon Spheres, the Paramount Theatre, and Kerry Park (the best view in Seattle) are just a few of the attractions within a one-mile stroll.

Begin each morning outside on your covered balcony, sipping a mug of local coffee and listening to the sounds of the city waking up. Grab a fresh outfit from the washer/dryer, fix yourself breakfast using stainless steel kitchen appliances, and you'll be ready for a day of exploring on foot.

In the evenings, find a great space to log onto the complimentary WiFi at the desk in one of the bedrooms or at the breakfast bar in the living room. Or, simply curl up on the sofa and stream your favorite movies before retreating to the comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
INITIAL CHECK-IN: Please be aware that check-ins after 10 PM cannot be accommodated. Guests are required to check in before 10 pm on the day of their arrival.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
The fireplace is not for guest use.


Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
