Quiet, clean and spacious, this house sits at the back of a peaceful neighborhood where neighbors walk and kids play in the nearby cul-de-sac. This home features 4 bedrooms, 1 bunkroom, and 2.5 baths. Enjoy the screened in patio overlooking the hillside and use the catwalk decking to get around the backyard. If you wish to meet the neighbors, grab some chairs and fire up the front yard firepit. There's even a neighborhood pool walking distance from this house that you can have access to!

The kitchen is ready to cook! Full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, induction stove, oven, and seated bar area -- all ready for you to make whatever you wish. All plates, utensils, glassware, Tupperware, pots, and pans are provided for you. Decorated with native plant prints in frames and some Master's memorabilia, you'll have a peaceful place to call home during your time in Augusta.

Great House close to Augusta National!

The house was great. It was super close to Augusta National, clean, great big back deck and fenced in yard for privacy. It was easy checking in and Tim was great to work with.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

In town for a roller derby tournament. The house fit 12 adults comfortably. We were able to cook, do laundry, and hang out. Just be aware! It is an induction stove

Baseball tournament HQ

We rented the house for a fun weekend baseball tournament for our boys. We had 4 families in the house and we all had a great time. We enjoyed the screened in porch/sun room, the deck, and the front yard. Tim was very responsive with a couple of little things we needed help with. Would definitely rent from him again.

June birthday celebs

We the family (adults & children) enjoyed our 7-day stay. The house was perfect for everyone, who stayed. The rooms, beds were clean and comfortable. We had plenty of towels to use. Short stay to see family and friends in Augusta

The property provided us with all the space need for a 3 generation family. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough seating for all of us. I absolutely loved the big family bedroom/sitting area downstairs. All the kids were in one room. Especially the teens lovedthe space. Our group ages were from 6 to 67 It

Blues Concert 2024

The stay was very accommodating, the neighborhood was nice and the location was perfect. The house accommodated us very well. I would recommend putting a shower in the lower level king bedroom.

National Hills in the quintessential Augusta neighborhood. It's across the street from Augusta National, close to the canal/river biking and jogging trails, and centrally located at the heart of Augusta. It's known to be family-oriented and very friendly. It's an established neighborhood where you'll see people walking around and playing in the cul-de-sacs.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The location allows for great privacy -- specifically being at the end of a street means little-to-no thru traffic. My favorite spot to sip coffee in the morning is on the back porch overlooking the hillside. It's hard to find a 5 bedroom in this area, and there's not another with the peace and quiet this home has to offer.
